I have cried one because I was really stressed out for weeks at a time working really hard and made an off hand comment at one point about being hungry and a coworker I talked too a lot came back I to the room with a sandwich and my favorite chips. I needed that sandwich more than the food requirement. The little things are huge when your zoomed in on something else.
