Quick Poll #3 - Sound Effects

These SFX really put the recordings over the top and I would love to hear more of them. 28
They are a nice touch, but I realise it is time consuming and don't expect them all the time. 42
I find them sort of distracting and just prefer the sound of your voice without a background track. 0

If you're been around a while, or have listened to my older recordings, you may have noticed that in the last couple of months I have started adding in sound effects on some recordings (most of the time because they've been requested in the script by the script writer, but sometimes just because I thought they would enhance the recording and was experimenting.)

I won't deny that they do make the recordings sound a bit more realistic at times, and add a layer of sublte ambiance which some listeners may appreciate. But it also means that I am putting in considerably more time and effort on those recordings without additional compensation. So as of Oct 1st, I am going to start charging extra on scripts that request SFXs that I either have to custom record myself, or find online and have to edit/clean up in order to use them. (I will be posting a document with some other scripting rules/changes later this weekend for Headmasters & Sugar Daddies).

But the question for today is: As a listener, do you prefer the recordings to have sound effects mixed in? You may choose more than one answer.

(I am referring to things like: sex sounds like the balls slapping during sex, hand job/JO sounds, face slaps, and room ambiance like closing doors, bed squeaking, camera sounds, zippers, etc. Not referring to blowjob sounds, I have always and will always include those by popular demand, so don't worry!)
