Hello everyone, I (Mackenzie) am back.Our goal with this Mind Drop is to announce the release date for the remainder of Day 32 as well as go over a few things.We will also be quickly explaining what transpired over the past 1.5 months.

Let's start with the release date.This will be a tiered release but it will be sped up due to the amount of delays.(Available to all tiers as well as former patrons via Discord due to earlier promises)HoF/MVP tier: January 26th 2PM EST 

All Star: January 26th 6PM EST

Starter: January 26th 10PM EST

Sixth Man: January 27th 10AM EST

Bench Warmer: January 27th 2PM EST

Fan: January 27th 6PM EST

Former Patrons: January 27th 10PM EST

(We have chosen these days and times due to our personal schedules for this month.)

Side Content will resume after the update and after any potentially necessary bug fixes.Though Rachael's Client polls will be resuming starting this upcoming Monday.Dates for further side content will be published in the next Mind Drop that is planned for January 25th.

For those curious about the communication breakdown...Before Braindrop hired me I had made it clear that I needed to have time off for Thanksgiving as well as Christmas. I had not been able to see most of my family since before Covid and this was my first opportunity to see them.We had planned around this, I intended to work when I could by remote connecting into my home computer from my laptop, sadly not very long after I left my home town had really bad storms that knocked my power out long enough to drain my UPS. There was no one that I trusted enough to give access to my house when I wasn't there so there was no way for me to connect in.(Due to how we have things set up, there was no way to log in via other devices without Braindrop being at home.)I also received very few updates about Braindrop's condition, when I said I was going to return home for a week or two between Thanksgiving and Christmas he told me to go ahead and stay since we would be unable to accomplish much with the state he was in.(For those unaware, Braindrop caught the flu then had an appendectomy that had complications. He is still recovering from the appendectomy as well as having pneumonia though he is doing much better and is mostly back to his normal life.)When I returned we instantly started picking up the pieces together and planning out what we would do next.We decided to wait a little and make sure the dates we picked would be completely solid for both of us.We have also planned out a lot of what is to come. Things will be changing after this release but that will be talked about after the update.

One more thing we'd like to address is people being upset that we delete posts.We only delete unscheduled out of ordinary posts such as the last few posted by Braindrop because they're usually delay announcements that we let go mostly unmoderated.Their information is usually out of date by the recent posts and they caused confusion in the past by being left up.We do not delete scheduled posts like Mind Drops and Side content.

unfortunately there is no reason for me to come off of the 1 dollar a month for BD pateron, it would be 1 thing if updates took 3 to 6 months at a time and i could play for hours and not run out of content, then id pay 30 a month even if its a month delayed but with 5 to 10 min play threw for heavily delayed updates not worth it, it use to it be back in the day.

"Good" luck with health? I survived a near fatal car accident at 23 that broke my back in 2 places, dislocated my right hip, shoulder, collar bone, and tail bone, took me 6 months to re-learn how to walk. At 37 I was a mechanic at a factory replacing a 5 ton part on a big rolling machine, forklift driver lost control nearly crushing me and in the process of escaping re-injured my back. At 44 I had kidney cancer, lost left kidney and then my gall bladder removed. 3 years ago I had the C5 and C6 vertebra fused, 2 years ago I was diagnosed with multiple heart blockages so I have to take nitro everyday. And I've been diabetic for 10 yrs. Lastly my cancer returned in early 2021, was on chemo for 6 months to shrink the tumor enough to remove it, I have 1/3 of a kidney, that's all. Yeah I've been lucky I'm 63 now. I'll be happy if I make it past 70. Sadly bad things happen to people I'm living proof of 2 things, !. Never give up and never accept anything any doctor says at face value. 2. Don't listen to anyone telling you that it's an excuse or a lie, if it's happening to you focus on getting better ONLY. If you find you can't do something you want, find a way around that let's you do it. I can't run, but I can do a skid/jog that's faster than walking. I can't climb stairs or ladders normally, but I can go 1 step at a time! Never give up there's always a way.

i just signed up and im reading all these updates and the most shocking is that WE WILL SEE THE MCS FACE??? which would be pretty cool altho i understand the whole pov put yourself in their place but i cant wait for the game and the briars (i forgot the actual teams name) to get owned and (just a theory) the mc jump in last quarter and school them all

fr Durok187, all we've gotten is pushed back dates and options to pay MOREE for content that isn't even consistent. Ontop of that, i bet you they push the date back again and we get another month without content, i guarantee you, i hope im proven wrong but with how the pattern repeats itself, i think im right. Glad to hear BD is better but its rather funny how things happen to always hinder him from doing as he said he will, almost like a father with limitless excuse no matter how valid over why you cant cash in that promise of going to Disneyworld.

So can one of you please explain me this… the update which you said was almost finished mid last month. Which was so close it only needed a couple more days to perfect, got delayed because BD was sick… that is fair. But why is it that when he now has almost returned back to fully health it still needs another month before releasing it??????? Are you guys scamming us… I’m not toxic but please give me an explanation to this… If you expect people to keep believing and pump money into this project, then please be honest and transparent about it.

According to BD the guy working on the game, he is the only one working on the game, some folks are unsure if his pr lady is real or its just him, but generally ive been playing this game since the start and before he got married and all that, he had little days like a week late on a deadline, but he still had his bad health or what he tells us, it seems like hes majority of the time sick, frankly if this game makes him become sick then he needs to give it to some else or retire from making games, its very sad but the dude barley has a family blood line left if what he tells us is true, himself almost died in hospital according to him due to covid back in 2019. Ive always said when he started delaying the updates more then a week, please hire another game developer, last i checked he was making 10k a month, you can hire another dev and still have enough to live on, but that doesnt seem to be happening anytime soon, its a tough ask for him to say he will work on the update, do a separate update just for holidays and do this mind drop photos as well all in one, it appears his health cant take all that, he needs to slow down if he is going to continue to work as the only dev, but over all to answer what you said, after him being married and he has a small child at home as well he delays the updates, many months, so lets say a update is in febuary right, it wont be out til june if we are lucky, im only at the 1 dollar level per month, there is no reason for me to go back up to 30-40 a month, i aint trying be mean but this is what ive seen, truth hurts sometimes, he has really bad luck with staying health. This was something that we discussed a lot and went back and forth on and decided the "fairest" option would be to continue with the tiered release but speed it up from a 10 day window into a 32 hour window. When we announced the tiers we said that all tiers and former patrons would get all of days 32-38 but that it would be spread out through 10 days not at the same time. -Mackenzie

Braindrop made his last post on the 19th of December and decided to wait for me to return near the end of December before making a decision on a release date. When I returned we talked over everything. His condition, how he felt about the update, our plans for 2023. We didn't rush anything, and we decided to wait for his health to improve some more. During this time Braindrop has continued to work as much as he could. Mostly on content for Day 33 at this time but he also did remodel the WVM lobby which can be seen in the first teaser image in this post. We chose the dates of the 26th and 27th mainly due to our plans for after the update. We both have irl commitments in the next two weeks that we want to get through before the release. So, to put it shortly. We chose not to rush into anything and to start off the year correctly instead of reactionarily. We hope our efforts will be worth the temporary agony and outrage and that 2023 will be our turnaround year. -Mackenzie

I'm up there when it comes to the luck part of it. Health things seem to pop up at the worst of times. Overall though I'm young and don't have any permanent health conditions. I'd actually say I'm a pretty healthy person. I eat right and exercise but when things go bad I have to announce it out and this most recent one just so happened to be by far the worst thing I've been through health wise lol I feel like I got many colds and stuff from always taking my grandpa to his doctor and having to wait in the lobbies with all the sick peeps. Now I'm around kids a lot due to being around family and that means I get all the seasonal shit that goes around but I've heard it mellows out after the first year. But hey, you can only lose your appendix once so I got that out of the way. 😁 -Braindrop

Okay - i’m not going to argue or anything. I sincerely hope you guys get it together and I look forward to the release dates this month if they are kept👍🏼 I love the game and wish you both all good in life, but please keep the promises forward or don’t make them. All good👍🏼

don't be so sure... that appendix will shift over to the Gall Bladder.... lets hope not! but i'm here, i'm glad you're still around and doing this still... eagerly awaiting your next release :) you do some good work, and i know how health issues can pile up on each other and happen at the worst times!
