🎴TLT Tarot: the Fool (Nona & Noodle) // Final Concept (Patreon)

I tried a new coloration approach this time. Right after the sketch I put in the values and played around with the light.

Afterwards I put in the base local colors (left image) on a new layer. The black and white value layer was put on top set to 'brightness', and afterwards I played around with a gradient map on top, which gave the right image.

Then from that to the final concept, I put another layer on top and painted over with colors to match it more to my personal taste (e.g. more blue in the shadows, higher contrast, etc).

It was fun working on the card! Hope you enjoy!

Cheers! 💛 Chim
