🎴TLT Tarot: IV - the Emperor (John) // WIPs (Patreon)

First WIPs of the Emperor card - who else to choose than John. Literally, who else lmao.

My idea is to have him sit on a throne of bone, ram heads around him, and the sceptor and the orb from the Rider Waite card be there as well.

I've also included a small color test (though the cards concept is not done yet). The idea is to have the card be almost fully black, except some minor details like John's eyes and Dominicus.

I really like the concept for this, but I also worry that the card may accidentally be confused with the Star because of Dominicus. But I honestly love the idea design... Well, I'll take a bit more time with it. John is supposed to be all casual in his throne of bone, eating a cookie. But I'm not sure that's translating well either. I'll see when I work more on it.
