Hey all, Kai should have un censored everything for Patreon. If there are still censors left somewhere let me know a timestamp. Also keep in mind that some things are already pre censored by whoever made them, and we are just reacting to it, so not everything can be uncensored.

“Tomorrows video” Back to Daily schedule or….

Chadwick

I hope that foot creeper video goes viral and his holy family sees it and recognized his bad hairline. Disgusting

This is a backlog video more than likely. As far as I am aware they no longer live in that house since they moved back to LA. So this probably made with Youtube in mind.

Adrian Smith

always a good day when there's a new vid to watch :)

they might as well go back to the daily schedule, if everyone watching has to pay for their content now because they're Patreon only, they should give more content for the subscribers who pay

That turned into an essay, lol. TL;DR: Not enough Youtube subscribers came over to Patreon to justify them making more content than they did previously as they are making significantly less money now. Expect the same level of content we got last month or less moving forward, especially as more subscribers leave. Full 'essay': Well if we look at the numbers, there were about 28 thousand Patreon subscribers on August 1st when they announced that they were banned off of Youtube. As of today, September 3rd, there are about 32 thousand Patreon subscribers, so they only gained 4 thousand subscribers in total from Youtube. Assuming all of those subscribers signed up for the lowest $5 tier, that is 20 thousand dollars a month that they gained. If we want to be generous and say the $10 tier then that would be 40 thousand dollars a month instead. Whereas on Youtube, a good video of theirs would have a few hundred thousand views. Assuming that the video stays monetized and that the video had a sponsor in it, they would be making more money on a single video on Youtube than they made from the viewers on Youtube moving over to Patreon last month. From a subscriber view point, especially one of the 4 thousand who only joined Patreon after the ban, they are spending more money for about the same amount of content. From the MxR team's perspective they are making slightly less content (the Kai App and Bethica videos most likely replaced two Youtube react videos they would have been posted alongside for advertising) for significantly less money. As consumers we should hope for more and better content. But from a business perspective don't be surprised if they maintain the same level of content moving forward or even start to produce less as inevitably more and more subscribers leave as Patreon is a significantly more closed ecosystem than Youtube. Personally I'd like more Patreon level content and less Youtube level content. Patreon level content meaning, more content similar to last year like beer pong with Susu, pictionary, or sex position reenactment; as those videos were hilarious and honestly some of the best content they have put on here even ignoring any attempts at sexualization in those videos. Just need that disclaimer there as Jeannie and Kai being sexualized is a hot topic right now.

You think the hole at 26:44 is bad? Read up about the death in the Nutty Putty Cave. You're welcome! =D

Randochi

The guy shaving the log and the person processing the dirt was extremely hard to watch. I've seen too many videos about working gone wrong.

Justin smith

About 10 minutes left in the video, the sound and the movement of their mouths, became un-synced

Da Ninja

Honestly I'd rather go strawless than use the soggy paper.

Dr

I guess I made it in the video😂. I was one of the people filmed in that kidnapping experiment. It happened behind me and I didn't notice it at all. Got so much shit and laughs for that at school😂

D.M.Chu

Why do I get triggered and instantly want to stop watching those homeless baiting videos?

Strongblade 69

Me: The whole video is censored? Why blur out Henry & Jeannie? {puts glasses on} Oh, wait... nevermind...

Anton Ek

More of the type of content I love from you guys ❤

Thanks for the essay. Had no idea they left WA. (Odd place to move too in the first place anyway). I can’t believe only 4k new patrons. I subscribed first tier (annual) the moment they were banned.

As far as the last issue. I hope that doesn’t prevent them from making the cool vlog/game/collab videos, they are for more entertaining and meaningful compared to mindless reactions. If it does, it does, so be it. Well just have to suffer in the reign of creeps like MR lolololol

Zickity Z

Still saying YouTube…. Post more often!!! Thank you beautiful creatures!

Chadwick

The “we moved to Seattle” video seemed fairly dull and somber. Glad their back in the sunshine and close to family.

Jayden Dekker

Youtube Moderators? What YouTube Moderators. (Only kidding)

James Smiley

Going back to about the 2:00 mark, about 40 years ago I was stopped at a railroad crossing waiting on the train and there was a bunch of kids that built a set of ramps, and they were playing chicken with the train. I was watching them jump the tracks as train approached and I was getting this feeling that things weren't going to end well when one of the ramps broke and the boy's jump didn't go as planned. His front tire hit the first rail, and he went over the handlebars and landed between the rails. No sooner did he hit the ground, and that train was on him. I still don't know why he was looking at me.

Amusement1990

Henry you should make a video on how to mod Oblivion!

OUTregis
>>148533141

They've clearly got a backlog of content, which makes sense because they probably kept recording a bunch until it was certain Youtube was over. What I am saying is that we're going to still get quite a bit of the content pouring in for awhile.

James Baldwin

We just tapped coins to the tracks. Then sold them to other kids.

Neonic Rayne

Damn the notifications of uploads here are worse than youtube.....impressive Patreon....not in a good way

Western Philosopher

Oh gosh, I sure hope this video doesn’t get you banned from YouTube

Chris Fury

Actually the tortoise hitting the shoe is not a fighting thing, its an mating ritual, they start to hit the shoe and than hump it! You can see it in my YT video "Leo liebt seinen Schuh"

Anton Ek
>>148533141

I hope so. I became a Patreon when they said YT deleted their channel. Because I want to watch their reaction content. Not mods. Not sexdolls. But I'm quite underwhelmed at the moment. I almost feels like they scaled down the production because they know we pay them. I hope I'm wrong but that's the feeling I have.

NP! Love looking at data, lol. To be fair it was close to 34k on August 31st before the end of the month when there is always a drop off of subscribers due to subscriptions ending. So it was more like 6k new patrons. I was just working with the data from the day I made the post. Still not as much as one would have hoped, compared to the amount of Youtube subscribers, but asking for any fee to view content is a major barrier to entry.

ArsonBarson

When I learned how to ride a bike with the help of my cousin, a whole lot of our relatives showed up for some family get together, no one watched or noticed me succeed, they where all just greeting each other and talking. Negative core memory unlocked.

nerd2ninja

Lol Henry begging YouTube not to ban him. That's how you know these were made a while ago to fill a backlog

I know this is an old YT episode however it's still relevant. If for nothing else but that observation on plastic containers, carry home bags, and paper straws. On the other hand, Jeannie's arachnophobia is not something for anyone to laugh at. I've seen phobias cause such horrible panic. Like once I saw a prison guard that I used to work with that had an extreme fear of snakes draw his service revolver on an inmate that had picked up a Garter Snake. I'm absolutely sure that he would have killed the man if he had approached him with it. The administrators had to take his weapon away from him. I'm almost the same way with acrophobia. Such fears may be irrational but when fear is that strong, we shouldn't just laugh it off.

Christopher

I didn't know yall changed stalwart panda to 5$~ I'll still keep my 10$ option tho. Get Henry a little something something.

comradeRichard

the likes are at 420.... I know it's hard, but you can prolly still let the guys know you like it lmao

I haven't gotten a notification for 3 of the last 5 videos. This one, the one after it, and the one about the boyfriend applications. Not sure what is going on.

trevor ylisaari

Same. Also no notification for the next video either. That is 3 out of the last 5 now.

Well they are making less money than they were with Youtube, so they are going to find a sweet spot where they feel the effort to income ratio is good.

Crapautron

So much for choosing to want to run into a bear in the woods.

Mister Anon

Dig a tunnel stays! YAAAY!!!

Richard Askren

I'm a truck driver. I've hauled those steel rolls before. They can weigh up to 40,000 lb

Bob

Thank god that was a bear and not a man. Who knows what might have happened

Haku Shiro

That guy steered that bike with just his weight by clamping the gastank with this thighs. This was, by far, not just luck. That was skill. Whichever decision put him into that situation however was less skill....But seriously though fluttering can kill you so fast since it only really happenes at higher speeds. Surprise! Partial (like 80%) loss of control at 90MPH!

lucas soares
>>149390884

yeah, it was the right move to let go of the handle if he tried to control it he would have topled.

Haku Shiro
>>149390884

jup, the fluttering could have made him accidentally squeeze the front brake hard and then bike+rider summersault and then bye bye life.

Robert Fitzpatrick

I guess people forgot that we went to plastics to save the rain forest for oxygen needs. So now it's back to use paper to save the planet. Screw the trees, who needs them!

Eddart Jarrow Kashveel
>>148543458

I didn't actually watch it happen, but as a prison guard. I was with an outside paving detail and there were several kids playing chicken with the asphalt dump trucks. They would ride to the end of one of the children's driveways at full speed and stop just before riding in front of the truck, trying to scare the drivers. I can't tell you how devastated the driver was by the accident. I can tell you how awful it was for those of us who had to try and save him afterwards. It's been twenty-five years, and I still see it in my dreams sometimes.

James Smiley

Yeah, I had to help put out a man's kitchen after he set it on fire when he saw a spider in it. Both I and his soon to be former girlfriend thought he overreacted. There were plenty of shoes and newspapers around, but he felt that burning the spider was the more rational act.

James Smiley
>>148543458

There's plenty of vids on y.tube these days showing what happens when any overloaded dump truck tries to stop too fast. The drivers of these trucks were prisoners of inertia as much as the conductor of the train was. The children are children, victims of their own lack of experience, or stupidity, however one wishes to look at it. It is all fun and games until someone gets covered with asphalt or cut into pieces and their parents and the ones behind the wheel are left picking up those pieces.

Simbiat

I remember in Helsinki metro there was a father with a kid, and kid was... Let's say "erratic". The moment the father pulled him into the cart (with kid misbehaving) he said to people (in English, since he was not a Finn), that the kid is autistic and is having an episode. Don't know about others, but I personally still kept my eye on the interactions of the two, and it did look like the kid was having an episode, because he was sometimes became seemingly completely normal and somewhat affectionate towards the guy, and but then would start a tantrum again. But facial expressions of the guy showed, that he was tired of this, but this was kind of his "norm", and he was patient, and was forceful only when getting the kid inside our out of the cart. But in the clip in this video - that's like obvious a kidnapping (when you do not know it's staged), so people not reacting is... Well, Psycho-Pass will be real soon. Especially, since there is now some predictive tech for criminology.

Larry B

The monkey with the zucchini video reminded me of a recent video by Moistcr1tical where this dude was carrying around a basket with cucumbers and would pick a car and ram the cucumber into the grill before riding it to completion. Weird people.

Axel Dahlmark

I find it really hard to believe that the guy that got the steel coil over himself was fine afterwards. One about that size would easily weigh 10-15 metric tonnes, maybe even 20...

Lalo

Dang easy to kidnap a kid and draw in an adult
