HRISHIKESH KHATRI

Yes actually it's the opposite of what you are saying henry, there is a problem with video link but it's with the links you post below the video that often fail(Vimeo) and not the patreon itself, like if I click on the thumbnail everything works, so no point in in contacting patreon support

Budget rides off-road

I found in order for me to play these videos I have to click on the picture and NOT ON THE LINK and now they play

Shi_Shiloh

Henry you might want to make a text version of this video since it is about the people who cannot load the videos

Cheng Vang

Oh thank god! I thought YouTube did something again!

Jumpjive3

I am one of the people who have never had a problem with videos playing, but will gladly complain for you!

Destiny1012

I can play the vids on my end.

Andrew Haynes

What you’re asking isn’t inconvenient, Patreon and Vinmo not fixing their bugs is inconvenient

chris slate

Love you guys, glad you have been trying to fix the problem. Shows how much you care about providing access to content to us, your fans. 😁

Ice man

I have never had a serious problem I eventually get it I'm in Canada don't know if that makes a difference or not. good luck others though.

SudoPhoenix

I've had a few problems loading them on the app, but a work around is opening it in a web browser (either mobile or desktop). Not ideal of course, so definitely contact Patreon and Vimeo to get them to fix the app, but useful in the meantime.

Justin

i i captain!! Let’s flood Patreon faster then you can Naruto run across Area 51!!

Rein

Hope y’all can get the issue fixed. Sucks that it’s been a problem.

KoolDuck

Never had a problem with your videos before. But when I do get a chance to look at your comments I do see people talking about the video not working. So with that being said I’m happy to help anyway I can you two are the greatest. Thank you for all the great content over the years and I hope this problem gets sorted out thanks again.

polska bob

Not having any issues with vids playing

24601

I for one, can view all of the videos you put out, keep up the great work Henry and Jeannie

K2SC

I used to only have issues playing videos on the Patreon mobile app, but on PC it went fine. Weird.

Salvatore Aliberti

Most of your vids will play, but some come up as "Unavailable." Do they get pulled after a certain amount of time? Or is this the problem you are reporting? At least it doesn't happen with your new vids.

JudgmentalOwl

I was having problems with the Vimeo app, but in the browser it works fine

Daemon69

I've never had an issue either. I'm on firefox browser. Never tried it with mobile though. Good luck!

Jordan Weber

I, personally, have not had any issues. I use Google Chrome for iPad and can view directly on Patreon. I hope this can get solved quickly because we all know nobody wants to miss out on any of your content. Absolute premium quality as always!

Sylvain Gagnon

Hi Henry and Jeannie, just wanted to say I really love your videos. Personally, the only reason I joined your Patreon is to encourage you guys and the great work you put out for your fans. Keep up the good work!

GYRECK REACTS

No issues on embedded videos. Windows 10, Microsoft Edge, no oddball 3rd party stuff or adblockers.

Marcus Krueger

No issues, but even if there was no content I'd still be here. I'm just here to support awesome people.

Jared

I haven't had any issues with this, but technology is really weird sometimes. I look forward to the next MxR video and let's watch the Krewsade army work it's magic.

James Smiley

One of the lucky ones I guess. Never had an issue, no issue this time either. I'm here to support you and your work. Thank you for the all of the laughs.

Jules

I've found that going through the patreon doesn't launch the videos but going through the website does.

Necrosage

If this is their suggestion I'm all for it. You guys doing what you can and the direct links will prob help most. I'm pretty sure I've only ran into this issue once myself, but I couldn't even find the post that time. Ticket submissions here we come.

Alan Harris

I haven't had the issue you're talking about, so I'm no help at all.

Daftpunk67

Well, I've never encountered such an issue before, but if I do then I'll try to remember this and do such a thing

David Smith

Never had an issue thus far. It always plays in the app/site or it opens a new tab to Vimeo. However, I will email Patreon if I ever come across any issue.

HxH

im on an old ass mac that hasn't been updated in a year or so but i can still play all your videos :) good luck to those who can't !

Stuart Stilborn

I’m in the UK and don’t seem to have any problems watching your great stuff.

Isidorn

I guess I'm lucky not having problems watching your Patreon stuff.

Gordon Lipford

All good from NS, Canada -- never had an issue with any of your Patreon videos, and I have all kinds of stuff set up (uBlock origin, BlockTube, etc)

car1os gonza1ez

Never had an issue with playing vids, but if it's all the same then maybe if there was a template that can be copy and pasted on an email, that would cut the hastle. Links can be added at the end or something for the videos in question but I think the most annoying part is typing up the email itself so the template could give direction

praack

no problem here, though i found i couple i had not watched (MY EYES- MY EYES) ryzen 7 3800xsystem , w10 rx5700xt

Oscar Macias

from Illinois, no problems with the videos here on pc and iPhone. For the people with the problems try a different device, if it works on something else then there's probably a video driver issue on your device. if it doesn't work on anything it might be some region problems between vimeo and where you're from.

Dave

I haven’t had this issue, I wish I could help

Trip W

Never had any issues viewing your awesome content. I’m in the US and viewing on iPhone and iPad. Keep on doing what y’all are doing, and much love to the king of immersion and the panda queen!

Graham

No issues here (UK) but hope it gets fixed soon!

SomebodyDs

Watching here from Taiwan no issues. <3

DG

Here in Everett wa no issues ✅

Gianna J

You've conditioned me to expect terrible news lol. There's another creator I watch who was running into the same issue, they eventually decided to upload the videos to Dropbox instead, it meant leaving the Patreon site to watch them, and the videos couldn't be over an hour else they'd get cut off (you'd have to download them to watch more than an hour), but it worked out pretty well, they didn't have to pay the vimeo fees that way too. Maybe that's an option if they don't fix it

tehSunBro

I am of the lucky as well, never had any problems so far. But i will gladly annoy patreon if the ocasion arises.

Justin zamijaster Larsen

Watching from Denmark on my android or computer and never had problems! Im sorry to hear some people are struggling! Hope they are able to fix their phone/computer!

Iron-E

No issues for me on my PC. (ON, Canada)

KJazz

No issues in Nashville! Hope you get the help you need to resolve!

rainslave

Wouldn't people having issues viewing videos be unable to view this video, thus kinda hitting the wrong audience?

AshaMaN

@Rainslave while this would be true, but if you watch the video, they explain when it happens, and why it is likely not to happen with this video. Private embedded seems to be the issue, this video is according to Henry, public.

Steen Schütt

They want the people experiencing the problems to contact them, because they are in a better position to describe the exact issue. So yeah, do get in touch with them if you have issues.

SeanT

The only problem I've experienced is that Henry doesn't post enough hentai. Otherwise, everything's cool. Would also like to see more Skyrim mods, please! Also, have used Dropbox, seems to work just fine.

Atlas

Never had this issue on windows or android from the USA.

Szkoła Zioła

Is it not possible to upload directly to Patreon, NOT vimeo?

Marranu

this sounds like the security Cirt issue. first update your browser to current level. 2) get a real open web browser, (not edge or the likes.) if it still is happening then, spam their help desk.

Scythelord

I've never had any issues playing videos on patreon. It's likely they refuse to help solve the issue because the issue exists SOLELY on the PC or Phones of the people who cannot watch for some reason. This is not an issue on patreon or vimeo's systems. People often don't know their systems are compromised by viruses, or that settings they have enacted on their browsers have crippled the function of the browser to the point that it can't just play a video. The user is at fault in most all situations. IT experience talking here.

Vargh

Never had any issue playing your videos on Patreon with Firefox.

Philip De Leon

Have you thought about joining Floatplane for your uncensored videos? I'd subscribe for a premium account over at Floatplane.

Dan B.

Never had any issues either on mobile or PC.

Royce McKelvey

plot twist this video doesn't play lol

Zer0

Works for me :)

ZedtheObsidianCake49

I used to have that problem but it somehow fixed itself after some time.

Axolotl_Pines

I'm not sure, as I'm pretty new to subscribing to Patreon, but another Patreon called the yard, Ludwig's podcast, uses something other than Vimeo but I don't know what it is. I always thought it was a Patreon built-in player.

Zafnak

The only things I can't view are things that are marked a private and that I'm encouraged to raise my pledge so I can see. Since it is only 5 things I'm not rally all that concerned LOL

Jeff Peck

Haven't had any problems so far... If it gets too bad, consider using https://utreon.com as an alternative. A lot of people that are having problems with both You Tube and Patreon are moving their content there.

Phil

I've never had an issue but hope everything gets fixed

Juha Linna

One thing come to my mind. Can it be case like in steam AO where certain areas are geoblocked because adult content.

John Kook

Jeannie/Henry…jack conte is ceo of Patreon, also him and his wife have the band pomplamoose. You may want to see if you can contact him directly. He seems to want to have a good product. You may want to check his YouTube page for contacts and see if he can get you some help.

Tobin

Never had an issue personally but I do feel for anyone who is running into barriers. Hopefully it is a vocal minority sort of thing where the issue is actually fairly minor overall, and hopefully it can be sorted easily.

Deamonsong

I would def send them an email but I have never had any issue with the videos playing either.

Simon Skarpemo

I never had any issue to play your videos, but keep up the good work. Hope it gets fix for other people

Charlie guerin

Never had any issue reading your videos on my part

Skyland

Consider uploading ALL your videos on YouTube and Vimeo to Rumble.com for backup. You need to start growing backup channel. Patreon is not safe either. Too many Woke commies work there and will delete your account for anything you might say wrong. Start making backup at subscribestar. they don't discriminate at all

Skyland

Do you still have PO Box to send stuff?

Scott

Hi Henry, jeannie. I'm subbed on patreon simply to support you, and would continue to do so without the bonus content. Thay being said I understand people wanting to see more and you wanting to provide more. I'll do my part to email them about the issue. I hope things get resolved soon and wish you the best.

t.roy

can you post your uncensored opening fan mail vids also could you upload the vid of you getting Henry bell delphine onlyfans and could you post raw unedited vids

Mr pickles

Hey Henry, I went on Youtube to see your videos today, as I just dived back into fallout4. I just found out about what has happened. I subscribed for the starter subscription for your Patreon and experienced the same issue. However, I decided to become an Immersive Immersion Scientist. So no problemo! Keep up the good work!

Peter Yule

Going to be honest, the type of content it is... well I wont contact them about it. No thanks on that one

Christopher

On a positive note, Jeannie's top is cute as always (generally).

Charles Ringling

For the years of enjoyment you gave in your videos I would be willing to pay you a $5 a month payment for life. It's no big deal. Just put out old videos to you tube for everyone to enjoy and take donations if you need cash. A lot of people love you for your videos, and you love making them for us.

Davonte David

where can i see the videos if vimeo is not working?

Jessica Johnson

I'm happy to be the 420th person to love this video 📷

Nathaniel Kitt

You have to copy/paste the link into the address bar now. It's weird.

wolfgar

Just click thumb nail to watch videos
