Liberty is a raunchy inner city vigilante and former stripper who takes to the streets of Century City at night! The buxom blonde street fighter battles criminals stark naked, except for her sandals and trademark brass knuckles, resembling a naked girl in a nudie magazine. This serves to shock and distract her primarily male urban gang member enemies for a  split second--usually long enough for Liberty to make her move! Counted among the world's greatest hand-to-hand fighters, Liberty's Liberty Buster is a fiery chi-powered uppercut that blazes foes!Liberty  is one of my old Heroes Unlimited characters. Think of a cross between Tifa Lockheart, Black Canary and Iron Fist, but also with the Capcom big ass hands and feet from the Street Fighter series!
