The King of Dalmasca, Ramnas and his daughter, Princess Autumn, visited their soldiers who were off doing training maneuvers. Dalmascan soldiers were physically tough and strong warriors, who were descended from  tribal hunter and gatherer barbarians and able to shrug off all but the most powerful blows. They were inspired by Ramnas himself, a huge barbarian warrior who was said to have the savage strength of ten men. The human enemies of Dalmasca were unnerved by the nudity of the exotic soldiers, a fact that was not lost on Dalmascan warriors. They took advantage of their perceived savagery as a psychological tactic. The ranks of the Dalmascan army not only included men, but the toughest women warriors in the kingdom as well.
