Priya's Magnificent Mansion (Patreon)

Priya danced inside of her lavish sanctum. The outside had the appearance of a  typical city building, but the inside looked like a palace! Not quite the interior that you'd expect of a witch...unless there was a Magnificent Mansion spell cast upon the building! The Magnificent Mansion is a high level spell cast upon a door, portal or entryway in the Material Plane that actually leads to a separate demiplane.

Once  Priya arrived in Sandpoint months ago, the devious witch had seduced the landlord and with the application of a simple Charm spell, is staying in her new home for free. Behind closed doors, the desert beauty performed profane magical rituals such as learning long lost forbidden magic and practicing summoning fearsome creatures such as small dragons and lesser demons! The townsfolk believe her to be some sort of exotic priestess of Calistria, but that was a ruse to prevent the town watch  from investigating her witchcraft. The Vudrani girl has gotten plenty of horny visitors to add to her cult (as well as her harem), but lacks members of any true power.
