It kind-of looks like Molly has been part of a time-skip in this image, and has tried to make her appearance emulate her mentor (Heather/WhiteTail) significantly; not a bad thing, mind..!

I understand the appeal of having an immature person in the story (especially as a balance to Juliana), so I suspect a full redesign is unlikely; maybe it's a "What If" scenario? Otherwise the time skip or time travel path seems the most plausible... ...Although this IS a realm with access to magic, so I'm eager to hear how the author handled it :-P
