You don't really have to do that if you have already downloaded the old version (v0.4). The saving issue in the old version would only happen when saving the game during/right after observing a girl's action (the mini events that have orange badge). It is easy to avoid and it won't affect your gaming experience.

Well i gave the old 0.31 version. So can i still install it? Sorry some other games need to delete old versions and install new ones to work.

It's best to delete the v0.31 and install the new one since we have changed a huge amount of codes. Just be sure to keep all your save files.
