Or in more specific, how do people like her lactating or breastfeeding? 

Elisa is going to play an important role in the next update, but I'm not sure how to depict her sexiness yet because some people seem to dislike seeing her lactating. I really would like to know our patrons' opinions so I can get on the right track.
