1 large lemon

2 tablespoons of sugar

ice to taste

cachaça/vodka

Preparation : 5min

1 - Take the lemon place it horizontally and remove the two ends, turn it vertically and cut it in half, remove the halves (white part) of the lemon and slice.

2 - Place the sliced lemon and two spoonfuls of sugar in a drinking glass and squeeze with a squeezer until all the juice comes out of the lemon.

3 - Put ice cubes until the glass is almost full (about 12 small ice cubes) and fill the glass with the cachaça.

4 - Stir well with a spoon or pour into a cocktail shaker and serve!

Zubereitung : 5min

1 -Die Zitrone waagerecht legen und die beiden Enden entfernen, senkrecht drehen und halbieren, die Hälften (weißer Teil) der Zitrone entfernen und in Scheiben schneiden.

2 - Die in Scheiben geschnittene Zitrone und zwei Löffel Zucker in ein Trinkglas geben und mit einer Saftpresse auspressen, bis der gesamte Saft aus der Zitrone austritt.

3 - Eiswürfel einfüllen, bis das Glas fast voll ist (etwa 12 kleine Eiswürfel), und das Glas mit dem Cachaça auffüllen.

4 - Mit einem Löffel gut umrühren oder in einen Cocktailshaker geben und servieren!
