Silly question, do you use your own art as reference when drawing them again, or, do you just remember their designs like the back of your hand? It’s so amazing how all of them just look better and better every time. :D

not silly at all!! the answer is: it depends! but most of the time yes. if I'm just doing a warmup, sometimes i might not use a reference since it is supposed to be a quick artwork. Most of the time I have a pureref* file of the "main" artworks I have for a single character, as well as clothing designs references, pose references and so on :) (*pureref is a useful app that allows you to "bring" images in an useful overlay, so you can always have them on top of your screen even when drawing)
