Big love to the Patreon newcomers. I think you'll like it here. Here's some footage from the summer of 2016 during a day in which I attempted to live off the land. By this point I was resorting to eat bugs on the floor, the Bear Grylls accent was more to keep me sane more than anything. Thanks for supporting me everyone.

Bear Grylls eats a cricket

August 2016, in the Alpine wilderness near the border or Italy and Switzerland. I was genuinely hungry.

This could be a whole new channel with you doing this impression! Would love to see it get absurd (just like Bear's shows are) while doing the accent, like opening the last can of beans in your cupboard for survival during COVID.

It says if you go to the video on YouTube: August 2016, in the Alpine wilderness near the border or Italy and Switzerland.

Coen Bust

He says it's an impression but it's just coming off a little too natural, the voice, the charisma and knowing just that little too much about the taste of a chicken's insides ;)

I confirm it was gross. Worth it to make you smile 4 years on though Rob!

geowizard

Haha that is definitely a good idea. I feel kind of awkward doing impressions though. Plus I'm not that great at it. I mainly did it to keep me sane on this trip!

geowizard

Haha what can I say chickens inside's are underrated.

Chris Crujedo

Holy hell that impression is awesome. I had to keep checking the video to make sure it was still you.

Man that is some beautiful wilderness! Wish i had the guts to just go hiking in the alps lol. What is the little hut thing in the background? Is there an interior? Looks like just about the perfect place for a hiker to spend the night!
