Albert boldly steps into 2025 with a new yet old-school-flavor project. Something about this one reminds me of the plucky fellow who used to day-drink at Universal Studios and abuse the animatronic Shrek Donkey in the name of justice. Ahhhh, memories.....

Happy 2025 everyone!!! We are here and by jove, it does feel a little different somehow. Or maybe it's because I started adding a tiny hit of salt to the morning coffee (I do instant, quickest = best for the Albert facotry). A fellow named Asher tipped me off on that, the brain can use a bit of electrolytes in the morning. Sure, it makes coffee taste like a little like saddle leather, but like all strange beverages, you soon miss it if you stop.

P.S. I love mentioning projects that anyone here has going on, please let me know! Our pal (and your fellow Patreoner) Conner is doing another feature-length documentary, this one on Newgrounds, which, if you don't mind me borrowing a chunk from Wikipedia, was a "distinct time in gaming history", a place "where many animators and developers cut their teeth and gained a following long before social media was even a thing", and "a haven for fostering the greats of internet animation". His previous documentary on songsmith Logan Whitehurst (who died much too young in 2006) was completed and is currently deep in the jungle of film festivals - but as soon as that one is available to us public folk, I'll make sure everyone knows. Here's the info and funding page of his Newgrounds one, if you're curious...

“We've got five years, stuck on my eyes Five years, what a surprise We've got five years, my brain hurts a lot Five years, that's all we've got” Love this one. 🍻

Never Got Famous

What a cool comment. Listened to the Ziggy album while doing the hour-long walk to rehearsals for Poe. :)
