A very video weekend... (Patreon)

(or video Monday, for Aussies and NZ folk)

Hey there - I'm afraid doing the livestream on Monday killed my Albert voice for the week, I should have taken it easier with this cold, now it's gravel and gaps when I try to talk.  Would have been fine if I was still doing the Deathbed Comedy Album, but nope, Albert is currently a meditation guru.  So for this weekend, did a strange video for some of Meditate Weird ep3.

But the video mayhem doesn't end there - here's the link for watching the play that gave me this cold from hell, Lenny and Jenny. From the link you can either download it or watch it in the folder (just make sure to up the quality setting to 720p).

This was a small theater company in a small place - but it's a good little theater town because it skews older and they try to keep live drama solvent (which we appreciate).  The first actress playing Jenny dropped out with a family crisis, so we ended up only getting to rehearse a few times together (!) - for Poe it was a couple dozen rehearsals - so every performance ended up with different everything - different gestures, different blocking, we had no choice but to just go out there are get it done.  But the reason I'm showing it here is because Lenny was using Albert's voice!  The director totally dug all the weird Albert inflections, so it looks like Albert might return to that very same stage, next time as himself.

And finally, here is the happy thing that wrecked my voice, the livestream from Monday evening - which has an amazing episode of Pingu that is 22 minutes long!!  (the big wedding episode)  Plus an especially destructive episode of Pat and Mat.

And if you want to watch it with the live chat comments (people type some funderful stuff), just go here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/2426997895

Have a good week and treat yourselves well, back soon with voice that works. Take care, T
