...which is actually the third piece (because of the Introduction chunk), in case it's a little confusing.  But a self-help book needs to be a least a little confused, otherwise it's one of those fluffy obnoxious know-it-all books that should only be used as a doorstop.  Or you can put your coffee cup on it.  They also burn pretty good.
