*EDIT* 6/23/2023. - The Results are In! Based on the top 3 upvotes it seems like most people want more project-based product rendering tutorials, Solaris Related Tutorials and Project Based Environment tutorials. So this month I will be starting another product-based project tutorial series. Thank you everyone for participating and helping guide the next series of tutorials.

Hey everyone, I wanted to take the time to ask you all what sort of tutorials would you like to see more of in the future. I try my best to cover a variety of subjects and levels of difficulty from shorter form new features to longer project-based start-to-finish tutorial series. But in terms of subjects, I was wondering what everyone wants to learn more about.

I have started a poll below with a few ideas, but feel free to add your own comments below in case there is something in particular that you want to learn about that is not listed. Thank you and have a great day!

Struggling to find any shading techniques for per point or using hair shading percentages in Redshift. Trying to make something like feature film quality Paddington bear or similar creature.

Hey Saul. I know you covered this in length, but would it be possible to upload a small file, only containing a leaf shader (standard Material)? Texture inclusion not neccessary. If I am not mistaken, in your recent Substance sampler / speedtree tutorial, you color corrected the base color and plugged it into the MS color. People selling texture sometimes have different naming conventions, so I am not sure how or if to use Speedtree's subsurface.png or subsurface_amount.png. Or Quixel's translucency. My results looked weird. Could I bother you for creating a small file utilizing these?

Would love to see something with tropical/Thai cliffs if you go down the landscape based series!

Hey there, that would be an interesting landscape project series. A bit trickier to approach since the cliffs of that style cannot be done really with heightfields. So it would require some sculpting/procedural cliffs along with heightfields for the base ground. That would be an interesting challenge. Great idea!

This is a bit of a tricky thing, as per-point/vertex shading doesn't exist in RS directly. But through some of the special hair utility shaders you can cook up some trickery along with the new principled hair shader. I think that will be a good idea to cover once Houdini 20 releases with the new hair tools. Thank you for the idea!
