I still think Hughies mom is a hallucination as well, his dad was going crazy and probably saw her as a hallucination when he woke up, I haven't seen Kessler or Hughies mom speaking to anyone but Hughie and Butcher.

no way. now could hugie and his dad hallucinate the same thing? plus im pretty sure she had to talk to the doctors in earlier episode to have them pull the plug on his did since hughie didnt have the power of attorney
