This movie deserved a better script

Cody Price

I didn’t hate this film, but this scene is like just a bunch of good scenes put together and not just a good consistent story throughout the full thing. Say what you want about X-Men Origins Wolverine, but it did have a more coherent story than what this film did.

Maurice Gray Jr

I liked this take on the Phoenix saga better than X3 Last Stand. This was more faithful to the comic story- it used the actual Phoenix force instead of making Phoenix her split personality. It could have been better written and the pacing was off at times, but I liked it well enough

I like the movie well enough but the X-Men rallying together for Jean was a bit predictable. I thought that Hans Zimmer score was inspiring (as usual) but I could hear similarities to his "Chevaliers De Sangreal" from "The Da Vinci Code" (2006).
