It's time for Jason Statham in a surprisingly dark action / thriller from none other than Director David Ayer! Any of y'all catch this in the theaters??

The Beekeeper - WATCH ALONG!!

Comments

Grumpy Santa

Thought they did this movie before...

PetMyChicken

I'm shocked to see this movie again on the channel but not surprised Jason Statham is great. No matter what that movie he makes I will watch it gotta be honest.

Grimbane42

Nice, I'm glad they did this one again. One of my favorite action flicks lately. Greg and Andrew did a great reaction and I bet this reaction will be great too. Seriously as often as you guys post stuff I'd say re-watches with new people is a good idea, nice to get multiple perspectives on good movies.

Yay a second chance! I truthfully couldn't sync up to the one with Greg and Andrew so maybe I'll have better luck with this one because I gave up 20 mins into the other one 😅 I'm sync challenged some days and that was one of those days and I didn't try again since lol

Hawk

They should do Jason Statham Fridays for a while until A Working Man is available on digital. This gives me an excuse to rewatch The Beekeeper again

HUGO TORRES

Havent gotten to the end of the movie yet but i dont think they noticed that jason statham only killed mercenaries and only wounded the cops

JC

Can't recommend enough the Beekeeper episode of the How Did This Get Made podcast. This movie is ridiculous in the best way lol

Trying to sync up to the first watch along uploaded was brutal! I actually found this one easier to sync up with because of the blurry movie they put up on screen so I just made sure my movie scenes were transitioning at the same time and it seemed to work better than following the time stamp but the beginning threw me for a loop though because the blurry movie opening credits weren't matching up with my movie on screen so I let the reel rejects play and fast forwarded my movie to when Jason was first entering in the beekeeper suit and it (thankfully!!) kept sync from there 😁👍

I gotta show this movie on my next girls night it would be an epic movie to take shots to! Take a shot whenever they say "Beekeeper" or "Hive" lmfao 🤣🤣🤣 In all seriousness though I felt you Roxy at the beginning I was so stressed and completely distraught too!!! Something similar almost happened to my husband's grandma (we called her "Nanny") she was in early onset dimentia and she got a phone call saying her grandson (no name mentioned on the call but she has 3 so believable for her) was in jail and needed bail money so thank god that thankfully her bank (when she physically went in to withdraw this money to send) caught on and called my MIL (her daughter) immediately and said it was a "suspicious withdrawal" and refused my so my MIL didn't let her live alone after that point (Nanny was born in 1922 so she was probably about 90 when this happened she unfortunately passed a few years after that at 94) P.S it was like 10 grand she was trying to withdraw

Shout out to KitBoga, the real BeeKeeper out there keeping older people safe from phone scammers.

Four other Jason Statham films you should react to are Cellular, Parker, Homefront, and Spy. All four films allow him to do his Jason Statham action, but all four allow him to stretch his range as an actor.

Also can we get a reaction to Street Kings? Ayer is the only person who could make Keanu into a real dirt bag piece of shit… and you still love him. Maybe Keanu’s most under rated film.
