You probably know but sounds like the herbal drink you were mentioning at the beginning may be Yerba mate. It's got caffeine so its like a sort of tea, so definitely better than sugary energy drinks with excessive amounts of caffeine. Very popular in certain countries. Herbal sources like coffee and tea usually have less and other elements that make them not as bad.

MI:5 Rogue Nation RULES!! It is the first of the more grounded/serious Chris McQuarrie 4 film MI Saga. It has his flair of gunplay, vehicle chases, intense/tricksy editing seen in his earlier films like Way of The Gun & the underrated Cruise/McQuarrie collab Jack Reacher film (which Greg & John did a react too!), Lane is a total Daniel Craig Era Bond Villian and Sean Harris is perfect as the Syndicate mastermind right from the beginning... I love the locations Morocco & London!! AWESOME intro Cargo Jet stunt from Cruise, the Turandot Opera scene was excellent, Cruise & Pegg in the BMW then motobike chase with Ferguson is chefs kiss, and I always dug the Lane mousetrap ending the IMF Team executed :) *The introduction of Rebecca Ferguson's awesome Ilsa Faust in Rogue Nation as Ethan's TRUE soulmate in the spy life is so great! Love rogue agent Ilsa the best of all the MI Leading Ladies... Now into MI: FALLOUT WOOHOO! My fave of the entire series!
