Yeah Crisis on Infinite Earths has a LOT of canon to watch before you jump into it. It really does rely on a BUNCH of films to sell its narrative. I’d hold off on that and go to finish the most recent DCAU films leading up to it. It’s kinda like jumping to a 3 part Endgame without watching any of the films that came before it.

I'd also watch The House of Mystery series of shorts featuring John Constantine. Lots of info in that and Justice League: Warworld that you need to fully appreciate the Crisis
