Halloween II Director's Cut (2009) - WATCH ALONG!!

Comments

StonedTrunks

Hi where did they watch this on, was it prime video?

M@xR3acts

There has been no good Halloween movies since the original. Resurrection left me traumatized. And then the 2018 film came along and blew me away! I believe that's next in the franchise!

Sean Fleming

Happy Sheject day!!! Look this movie is booty cheeks. Bottom three in the franchise for me. Not cohesive at all and Michael talking and taking his mask off is beyond a horrible choice. Acting is good and its shot well but man everything else leaves alot to be desired. Also the lack of the Original Hallowen score is fucking criminal. I wonder if Zombie did it intentionally because Carpenter shit all over the previous movie🤔

Tron of Seven

No clue!.....on Prime video Canada its only available to rent or buy

Tron of Seven

Ive only seen before scenes of it...today was the first time i watched it in full...i think this its even worst then the previous Zombie's Halloween, i found it boring like the previous one i didnt care for Scout's Laurie and Loomis was horrible in this, the only good performances were Danielle Harris and Brad Dourif.....i didnt like Hulk Michael without the mask and the Halloween theme is completely absent (its only in the end credits! very odd choice)....the white horse stuff i hated it.

Tron of Seven

omg it would be so great if Roxy and Tara did the Phantasm franchise (5 movies) im pretty sure they would love those movies but i get it its less well knowed. Also seen them react The Lost Boys would be great

Pack Attack

Would love if you guys did the leprechaun series next, another good one is the wishmaster movies.

Rebecca Rowe

I recommend Hell House LLC, It is a great series of found footage movies. I found them very scary

Chase Schleich

I always thought the actor who played the necrophiliac (he's in a ton of other things as well) would have made a good Joker. He just looks evil, he's got the long face, that weird way his teeth bow forward. Put some Joker make-up on him and he could be fuckin terrifying.

Angela Vance

This one guys not my favorite in this franchise 😒

Chase Schleich

That strangely worded question by that guy was asking if you'd prefer that the hospital section not be revealed as a dream so early into the film. Like would you have preferred that a bigger chunk of the movie be like the original Halloween 2, taking place in a hospital, before then revealing that it's a dream, basically cutting the movie into 2 halves. The hospital dream sequence and then the real return of Michael.

Chase Schleich

Yes! Leprechaun would be cool. Just like Halloween, there's some good ones and some GOD AWFUL ones. Depending on timing, they might be able to do that series in March so it's around St. Patricks Day.

But can he do the maniacal laugh and not make it sound forced? I've always thought Willem Dafoe would make a sick Joker and he has a nasty dark laugh..

Malik Currie

What platform was this watched on?

The grunting from Michael was quite jarring to a big fan of the originals. Really didn’t think this was nearly as enjoyable as the first. Great watch along, thanks 🤘🏻👍🏻
