Scream: I love this movie, it’s definitely one my favorite horror movies while also being my favorite slasher movie. But my question is how do y’all feel about the killers, did you see them coming, and how excited are y’all to dive into a new horror franchise.

Sanya Arif

Hopefully we get Scream on Youtube soon, excited. Been waiting a while :D

Jaden Rhodes

Black Phone 2: I watched this in theaters a few weeks back, the thing that stuck with me with the most besides how amazing Ethan Hawk is, it’s the amazing acting from the sister, she blew me away. But I’m curious do y’all have a performance in the movie that stuck out, and do you like it better than the first movie, because I think this movie clears the first by a mile

Hasena Ali

Scream - So excited to see you guys start the journey of another iconic Wes Craven franchise! Fun fact - he played the janitor dressed as Freddy Krueger! Which OG Wes Craven film is better? - Scream or A Nightmare on Elm Street. Also some suggestions of other Wes Craven films to react to: - The People Under The Stairs (1991) - A bonkers horror film starring Sean Whalen and Brandon Quintin Adams - The Hills Have Eyes (1977) - The 2006 remake that was produced by Wes is also awesome - Red Eye (2005) - Thriller starring Cillian Murphy and Rachel McAdams

Game of Thrones: The black of black water is one of the best battles of all time, besides all the amazing action, almost every character there gets a moment to do something good and bad. My question is do yall also feel the same about the big battle or do y’all have a battle that might stick out more

jamie gore

Scream- What's your favorite quote/line in the movie? This movie has loads of them. I always loved "I'm feeling a little woozy here" by Stu because of his delivery. Love yalls reactions!

Noel Beltran

Scream: This is probably my favorite movie series to rewatch every year; what rule(s) would you add to their list in order to survive a horror movie?

MadLove

SCREAM! I can't wait to see you guys trying to figure these out. Honestly, no REEL deep question, just want to see if you guys noticed these fun tidbits in the movie (if there's time): When Casey's dad tells his mom to go down to the Mackenzie's, those are the "same" neighbors that Laurie tells Tommy and Lindsey to go to in Halloween (In H20, Laurie tells Molly to drive to the Becker's, which is Casey's last name). Skeet Ulrich was cast due to his resemblance to Johnny Depp. The tendency to go up Sidney's window was intentional to mirror Glenn going up Nancy's windows in Nightmare. Tatum wearing a jersey-style crop top was an ode to Glenn's jersey crop top in Nightmare. The janitor, Fred, is played by Wes Craven himself. *Bonus: Randy is played by Jamie Kennedy, which makes him saying "Look behind you, Jamie" to Jamie Lee Curtis on screen even funnier.

Malik (Muh-Leek)

Hi Shejects! I hope you’re both doing well! I’m so excited for you both to go on your Scream journey! Out of all of the final girls so far, where would you rank Sidney (at least for right now)?

Jaydelle

Scream: Hi Tara & Roxy! Your Grenadian reject here and super hyped y’all are watching my favorite horror franchise (The Conjuring is a close second) Do you think the original Scream works so well because it’s self-aware without mocking horror, or because it actually reignited what horror fans loved most about slashers — tension, mystery, and rules that bite back? A fun fact for you both: The Ghostface mask wasn’t originally designed for the movie — it was actually a real Halloween mask found in a house Wes Craven was scouting. They loved it so much they bought the rights and built the entire killer’s look around it!

Jaydelle

Black Phone 2: Hey Roxy & TBD Reject :) If you were holding that ominous black phone in The Black Phone 2 and could call one person from your past to help you face your nightmare — who would you call, and why? Here’s a fun fact you may like: During production, director Scott Derrickson used the working title “Mysterium” to keep the film’s plot under wraps — and apparently the entire cast didn’t know exactly how the supernatural twist of the sequel would play out until late in the shoot.

Michael Medina-Kathuria

Black Phone 2: Just watched this weekend and many was this film an absolutely amazing sequel. It really does a great job dealing with trauma from multiple view points! Was there a character you felt the most connected to based on how they dealt with their trauma? I actually really felt connected to Gwen and her need to find someone who she could simply talk to.

MadLove

They loved the mask because it resembled Munch's painting, The Scream, which makes it even better.

MadLove

GoT: What are your thoughts on how Cersei was behaving, specifically towards Sansa, down in the crypts, and the fact that she was going to poison Tommen because she believed they were going to lose?

Michael Medina-Kathuria

Scream: Hey She-jects! Welcome to Scream! This series is beloved by most horror lovers because of how much horror films are discussed and how they tie back meta commentary into how the plot unfolds. What is your favorite trope in horror films? Finals girls are the easy answer but for me it's always the helpful bestfriend that sometimes survives or their death is super impactful! (ie. Randy) Also quick fun easter egg: When Randy is saying "Jamie, behind you" while Halloween is playing and Ghost face is behind him, it's perfect because it's Jamie Lee Curtis' name of course BUT it's also Jamie Kennedy's name, the actor who plays Randy. One of my fave moments!

ResonanceZ

Scream - A new Shejects adventure! I love the thought of rules in a scary movie, my question is; what are some of your “rules” that you look out for when trying to figure out who the killer is in a scary movie? PS I can’t wait to see Roxy’s movie with Kate Beckinsale! That is so awesome! Grats!!

Kinger

Black phone 2 With the last release of nightmare on elm street being over a decade ago Black phone 2 fills the void that franchise has left Would you like to see the grabber be turned into the new dream demon if they decide to continue the franchise

ResonanceZ

Black Phone 2 - I haven’t seen the movie yet, but I can’t wait to see it with both Roxy and (redacted)! I do have a question though! I do know the movie is a bit of a change from the first movie and leans more towards the supernatural. How do you feel about that change and are you hesitant when a movie changes the tone (not sure if that’s the right word) that made the previous movie so well liked? Example: Evil Dead to Evil Dead 2 being more comedy.

Dani Rivera

Scream YESS This is one of my favorite horror movies its so self aware and fun! I was even almost named Sidney! How do you think you both would do fighting against ghost face? Would you be the final girl?

James Henry II

Scream - So happy this franchise is next! This might be one of my favorite movies of all time and can quote so much! Question: Of all the franchises you have seen, where does this land on your debut franchise ranking ? [Nightmare 1, Child Play 1, Friday the 13th etc.] Also did you catch the Wes Craven Cameo as Fred (Freddy) the janitor in the school? Cant wait to discuss this franchise with yall!

Nikki Sonrisa

Hey Tara and Roxy! Scream is one of my favorite horror movies! In fact, I loved it so much that when I was in college, I did a presentation in my Media course on the use of comedy in horror films how it was used in Scream to poke fun at horror tropes. If you were writing/directing a horror film, would you use comedy in this way? if so, how?

StonedTrunks

Scream: shejects first off disappointed randy didnt include “clap your hands” on his rules of how to survive a horror movie, secondly how would y’all rank billy/stu/ghostface compared to the other horror killers (micheal, freddy, swamp boy, and chucky)

Nikki Sonrisa

Friends: Hey John and Aaron! Happy Friendsday! In The One With All The Jealousy, what do you think of how Ross handled that situation? Do you think he was justified? Conversely, what would you do in Rachel’s shoes?

Jay Rushton

FRIENDS 3x7 - 3x12 (John & Aaron) - Question what do you guys eat for Thanksgiving dinner there.

Jay Rushton

GAME OF THRONES 2X9 & 2x10 (Tara & Andrew) - First congrats on the Dodger winning. The epic battle won two Emmies for sound. In the official summary it reads Arya, Gendry, and Pie flee there. Question what pie would you eat for Game of Thrones for the season.

Jay Rushton

SCREAM (Roxy & Tara) - Question did you guys miss the Friday 13th question because my audience totally missed it. Question who favorite character from this movie.

Jay Rushton

BLACK PHONE 2 (Roxy & TBD) - Question do want another black phone movie and ever get weird call on your phone there.

Janice B CPhT

Friends: How's it going, scruds? 😉 (Kidding!) Fun tidbit about the Thanksgiving episode. On the original DVD, extended version cuts, Ross & Monica agree to a tie at the end of the episode. They throw the Geller Cup down the garbage shute where Phoebe is waiting to get it for Monica. Ross runs down to get it, sees Phoebe, and gets it before her and it ends with Phoebe trying to get it back from Ross. 😆

Scream My personal opinion is that they should have stoppd after the first one. Is there any justification for a sequel in your minds after seeing this? Not just as a franchise but as a movie that has a very meta approach to the genre Not saying all the following ones are bad (4 is awful, damn near parody territory) but just diminishing returns on each one and they make less sense each time around Stay awesome and long live the #striarverse

Tori Jeri

SCREAM: one of my favorite parts of this movie is Stu / Matthew Lillard & his iconic one liners. Did you have a favorite character or line that stood out to you?

TALKINGIBBERISH

Black Phone 2: 2 Black for Your Own Good: Hello, this is for Roxy and Greg. How did you guys feel about this second film? I love the dramatic scenes, but I don’t think much of the characters where flushed out enough for me to care about them, even when it came to the brother who is played by the same actor in the first film, and it seems like they only killed the ones that wouldn’t have impact. But why is the Grabber only trying to kill people later on in the film, if he can touch them in the real world? and how is it possible for Finney to touch him when he’s not physically there? 🤷🏾‍♂️ #theconjuringJunioredition.

Jaydelle

I really enjoyed Red Eye! :)

Matthew Monfils

I feel like that was a product of the technology of the time. A small town reporter probably wouldn't have the latest tech to make a live wireless feed to transmit immediately. Heck, even most twitch streamers today have a few second delay before the viewer sees it. So I dont think this is as egregious as one might seem.
