This is one of those movies I walked into the middle of it playing in the living room with my uncle and aunt watching it (I was like 7) and it was around the scene he drives off the cliff with Punxsutawney Phil and without ANY context of what I was walking into I never watched it again and actually forgot about it until my husband wanted to watch it during the lockdown lol all the regrets of not watching it sooner! 🤣🤣🤣 Edit: Tara you're adorable! You were close that's his brother not his dad but you remembered they were related so you still get a gold star! ⭐️😉❤️❤️ accidentally put it (the edit) as its own comment when I meant to add to mine 😳 so disregard the deleted comment that was me!

I'm glad you guys recognized Michael Shannon as the young man in the diner. I've watched "Groundhog Day" many times and never identified him until someone mentioned it online. Earlier this year, I watched Margaret Qualley on "The Tonight Show" and she told Fallon that her mom, Andie MacDowell, is single again and was trying to figure out how to get Bill Murray to ask her out. I saw Andie MacDowell in another interview not too long ago and she's gone full silver-gray with her signature long, wavy hair and her native Southern accent sounds more pronounced than when she did publicity years ago. Andie seems really comfortable in her own skin these days.

Andie is great. She's got a really interesting show called The Way Home. My entire family is hooked on it. Also, I love Bill Murray, he's so talented. He did play the piano in his piano playing scenes in this. What is it with comedians/comedic actors being able to play instruments and/or sing incredibly well.
