Awesome, haven't seen this one in a bit. I love this movie, I went into it blind and it blew me away.

Wesley McPherson

Hell yes you finally let Roxy have her popcorn lol

Maybe try getting a TV with anti-glare? The lights in that room are a problem every time there's a night scene, especially horror movies where there's a lot of darkness. Swap the LG for a Samsung QLED. They're made for viewing in bright rooms. Not sure what kind of LG you're using, but if it's an OLED, that's a problem in a space with a lot of light.

The last reaction with Aaron, John and Tara.... I'm gonna be honest I was pretty bombed because I saved it for New Years 2026 (as well as Sinners) this year sooo I was pretty wasted 😅 so after the Oscar's win for Amy last night this is a perfect time to rewatch it and reacquaint myself with her performance because I think I remember the movie but things are a bit fuzzy 😅🤣🤣🤣 onwards I go! ❤️

Forgot to add to my last comment: I wonder if the movie is called "Weapons" because Alex's family and friends/classmates were "weapons" being used against him as leverage to do his aunts bidding? She literally weaponized the people he cared about (or felt an obligation for) and used them against him as a form of blackmail to get his cooperation.... Maybe I read that wrong but that's what's running through my mind right now title-wise lol

TJ

There's somewhere in the movie that one of the characters mentions that point. I forget the exact dialog. But I remember thinking "hey That's almost the title"! lol
