I prefer this one, but I’ll watch either. This is my fave of all the X-Men movies. Can’t wait to watch this with you two when I get home from work

It’s hard to sync up with my own copy when you guys keep doing the extended cuts :(

That is always the difficulty. We generally try to do theatrical but there are notable exceptions - this being one of them! - PLD

I found a cough*free*cough workaround so I can still sync up for this 😝 … it’s my 2nd favorite X-Men after First Class and I don’t wanna miss out on Greg & Coy’s commentary

I prefer the Rogue cut- my first go-to for rewatching the Fox X-movies. This one is my favorite over First Class for one reason- it brought Scott and Jean back from their deaths in X3 and at least tried to make sense of the timelines. In the comics Rachel Summers sent Kate Pryde back in time to her younger self. If they didn't want to bring in Rachel, they could have had Professor X do the time sending instead of suddenly giving Kitty a power she never had. That was my only real misgiving about this one. The Quicksilver scene was great and the McAvoy/Fassbender interactions were first rate.

If they had Bishop time travel and not send Wolverine back in time this movie would’ve flopped in $ and in how many liked it.
