How do you feel about the reveal that Daniel is a vampire at the end of the episode?

Vampire Toad

It’s on brand for me to finally show up here :)). This episode wrecked me when saw it, especially the conclusion with Louis and Lestat, he wasn’t as evil as I thought (or as he seemed). SO MUCH HAPPENED! I loved Armand and didn’t pick up any suspicious clues so you can imagine how betrayed I felt with how much I adored Claudia. How have your perceptions of the characters this season changed? Are you as emotionally wrecked as the rest of us?

Hello there! That final scene of Louis and Lestat embracing in the storm is easily one of my favorites… maybe THE favorite in the whole series. It’s so beautiful it almost makes me forget how toxic their love can be. Where does it rank among your top scenes? Let’s say top 3. Thank you for the ride!

Second question if y’all have time :)): In my opinion, everyone in this show sits deep in the gray, no one is fully evil or fully good, I hated Lestat and then turned to loving him, loved Armand then turned to hating him. They are both some parts good some parts evil. With how nuanced every character in this universe is, do you truly believe anyone is 100% evil or does everyone have an understandable reason for their actions (even if their actions are deplorable)?

Hey guys, hope you loved the last episodes! The two seasons together make one book. How do we feel about the story structure and the writing of the show, and its characters as a whole?

Hi guys! Glad to see you're almost caught up ♥️ Something I didn't think much of when I first watched but that really stuck with me after several rewatches was Daniel's "where does the bullshit start, Armand...?" Armand has been present the whole interview and in disguise for half of it, do you think there's anything else in the story that he tweaked/removed/added in beyond what Louis and Daniel caught? Thanks! Excited for season 3 / the vampire Lestat :)

holy shit i’m at work and you guys are gonna finishing it! what are your immediate thoughts on Armand after realizing he was the orchestrator of the play? and do you think it was only going to take losing Claudia for Lestat to finally feel some form of love for her?

Catherine Thurmond

Couldn't leave yourselves shattered emotionally for a week like us who watched it live had too. I get it. Anywho questions: What did you think of Louis and Lestats reunion in the modern day? Also how did you like Daniels bomb and the fact he's a vampire now? I love that you guys took a chance on this show and love it. Can't wait for season 3 in June and for you guys to be watching it along side us all this time. Much love to you both💜

Season 3 The Vampire Lestat, like the book, will contain parts of Louis and Lestat's story told from Lestat's perspective. Would you be content with that perspective or are you hoping they will also include storytelling from a neutral 3rd party?

petalstt45

Greg and Roxy, do you forgive Lestat? Should Louis take him back?

ultraviolet

how did you like the stringing together of plots in the big reveal? did everything click for you guys?

ultraviolet

do you find armand’s betrayal more sinister than lestats? or better yet, do you think armand is a worse person than lestat or louis? and whatever your answer is do you think it predicated on the fact that we’re seeing louis’ perspective?

jose giron

Dang missed it but I truly hope they reacted to the season 3 promos !!!

Let me say this epic break up at end and Louis went John Wick yes Lestat comes in June 7 on AMC there.

So, one thing I want to point out here. Lestat knew Louis liked to read, so he built Louis a library in their townhouse. Armand, on the other hand, kept the books on the ceiling where Louis couldn't reach them.
