HP - Sirius' death should be among the saddest in the franchise, but it lacks for me. While it's understandable not having enough time in the moment to "feel" it, it's simply glossed over even after the fight. Do you think they should have spent more time in Harry's grief once they are back in school?

Game of Thrones: I’m not sure why they did what they did, both of these episodes do things that undo stuff that previous seasons set up doing, and having an entire episode take place at Winterfell felt like they wanted an episode that was all character and no action, which would be completely fine, if you gave your season more time and more episodes, but they shorten the season, and you don’t got time for an episode set in one location. But I am curious if y’all agree, or disagree, and how do you think this first episode compares to the first episodes of other seasons.

GoT - Ok. We are coming up the The Long Night. I want to know what are some of your predictions for this battle. Do you think anyone will die, and if so, who? Which side will win, and how will it happen? I want them all! And how anxious are you about it on a scale from 1 to "I'm gonna throw up"?

Harry Potter: This movie is fantastic, I love watching Harry be a teacher to other students, and Dolores Umbridge is one of my favourite villains of all time. I’m curious if y’all agree, and do y’all rank this movie against others in the franchise.

Harry Potter and the OOtP: Hey LJ and Roxy! I really hope you’re enjoying the journey so far. Trivia: There’s a scene from the book that didn’t make it to the movie involving Neville’s parents. The movie mentions briefly that Bellatrix Lestrange tortured them using the Cruciatus Curse, which is why he had such a strong reaction to it. When Harry and Co are at St. Mungo’s hospital visiting Mr. Weasley, there’s a heartbreaking scene where Neville is there visiting his parents, who were tortured so severely that they barely remember who he is. His Mom gives him a gum wrapper and he keeps it and treasures it. It’s implied that it’s not the first time and he keeps them all because they’re his only connection to her. I wish they’d kept this scene in the movie. Question: What’s your favorite book that was adapted into a movie?

Jaden Rhodes

The Gentlemen: I think out of all the modern day gangster movies this is a highlight, mainly because most of the modern day gangster movies forget what made them good. I’m curious if y’all agree, and what is y’all’s favourite modern day gangster movies, my personal favourite is The Irishman, and probably this movie.

Game of Thrones: Hey Tara and Andrew! When season 8 originally aired, a lot of Jaime/Brienne fans compared the knighting ceremony to a proposal and/or wedding for Jaime and Brienne. What do you think of this moment? Did you find it romantic? Has anyone ever done anything that romantic for you?

Kyle Southworth

Harry Potter: Hi Jon and Roxy! Do you think it was right of Dumbledore to keep so many secrets from Harry (the prophecy, his connection with Voldemort, etc.) or should he have told him everything from the start? Would it have made a difference if Harry had this knowledge already or do you think the outcome would've been the same?

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix: Hi Roxy & Jon! What stood out to you most about Harry’s mindset this time around, especially how isolated and frustrated he feels while no one fully explains what’s going on? How did that shape the way you experienced his decisions throughout the film? Fun Fact: Imelda Staunton based her portrayal of Dolores Umbridge on people who appear sweet on the surface but are deeply controlling underneath—her soft voice and pink aesthetic were intentionally chosen to make her feel even more unsettling. In 2009, Stephen King also praised Dolores Umbridge as the "greatest make-believe villain to come along since Hannibal Lecter." He described her as terrifyingly realistic, "gently smiling" sociopath whose pettiness and bureaucratic cruelty make her more unsettling than pure supernatural evil.

HP: OOTP Just when you thought you couldn't hate anyone more than Joffrey...enter Dolores Umbridge. And another movie down without a second consecutive Defense Against the Dark Arts professor. The reason is one that I'll follow up with once y'all get to the last book (or movie 7, in film.) *Mischief Managed*
