Christopher Nolan’s masterclass Oppenheimer is a nerve-shredding historical thriller that completely blew us away in IMAX! Cillian Murphy and Robert Downey Jr. deliver career-defining, powerhouse performances anchored by Ludwig Göransson's haunting, overwhelming score. What did you think of the jaw-dropping Trinity Test scene and that devastating final exchange?

I think because of how little it is talked about compared to Hitler and the Nazi's, people forget the depths of the evil committed by the Japanese during WW2 and preceeding it (look up the Nanjing Massacre or the Chichijima Incident) and why the U.S went through with the bombings. What happened with Hiroshima and Nagasaki is talked about by so many people today without the understanding of what the Japanese had truly done in WW2 nor their cultural attitudes at the time. I am not saying that people or myself shouldn't feel tremendous sympathy for the civilians that were killed by those bombs (or even agree with dropping them at all), but I am saying that people radically oversimplify it and present the act without so much of the relevant context
