PLOT, Where?! Ride at dawn for HoHovich, needs to be a shirt! My least favorite version. The problem with this movie is TOO Much action, wierd. A good movie, even a bad one, can hold together as long as the pace is good. This action was great, but the story sinew was non existent. Movies are a roller coaster. You need moments of calm to build anticipation and story time is that connective tissue. This was just action sequences strung together... Still love all the action and effects but didnt seem to have any reasons, so we become bored. Will still watch the next one, this amount of action was almost desensitizing. That said Love you guys and I agree with you on this one.

Question, how do you ask questions for the video?

Lisa - Marie

this is definitely my least fave of the franchise for few reasons but main one is that it was too much action, it was non stop and there was no time for the characters to bond and know each other or for us to connect to them. another is i was really excited when i saw that Ada, Leon and Barry were added as characters (from the games) but there was a disconnect and i kind of wish they had left them alone instead of what done with them.

when they post the recording schedule for the day you can post question in the comments for the recording want

Chris, Claire, Ada, Jill, Wesker, Leon, Barry, Nemesis are pretty much the only game characters that appear in this version of the film franchise. Claire, Jill and Wesker being the only three to appear in more than one film.

I figured out when I saw two post describing it but thanks anyways 😄

at least Chris got somewhat a character background. they made Leon pretty much some 3rd rate character just to exist.

90 percent action, 10 percent dialogue. Does feel like a John Wick movie but probably my least favorite in the franchise. I do love how these movies portray bad ass women tho. High heels doesn’t make sense but they look bad ass hell.

I’m so sorry I was editing the comment on something and I didn’t saw that I erased the thanks, “thanks anyway” Sorry for the mistake and thanks for the previous answer

Comparing to previous movies this is definitely the weakest of the bunch, a good movie needs an emotional investment on behalf of the viewer and this movie takes way too long to get anywhere: 1. YEAH! we rescued people in the last movie> Immediately irrelevant 2. We are transported to a weird alternate reality sequence> Ok, but why do I care? 3. Alice wakes up in a high-tech facility and fights zombies> Where have we seen this before and there is no stakes at hand since we know she will be safe... 4. We get introduced to Ada Wong and the outside crew> Okay... we are 30 minutes in and maybe something will finally start moving or give me something to care about? Turns out none of the characters are fleshed out and turn out more like wet blankets more then anything, no emotions, no personal agenda, just look cool shooting stuff I guess... The previous movies had plenty of corny and campy characters but at least I felt something for them, either rooting for or against them. This movie squandered the first half and then when it's time to raise the stakes or develop the story or characters anywhere, it just didn't seem to happen, or at least in a meaningful way. As a video game fan it's a whole other can of worms with the game characters like Leon, Ada and the rest, to make a long story short: It would take a monumental performance to live up to these legendary characters from the games so why even try, it just makes the blandness that much worse, like they were doing a cheap, poorly executed cameo. (Wesker is my GOAT though, they nailed him, just your stereotypical cool guy villain with the black shades, arrogant as heck, evil mastermind, a character that is hard to get wrong.)

Carlos and Nikolai are also game characters. Carlos being the only one that returns. While not exact characters, Ashford was a family also in the games.

This is my least favorite of the entire Alice franchise. It felt like they tried to do too much at once, between PLOT lines and choosing to bring in too many beloved game characters mixed in with beloved old characters from the films. The dialogue, along with some of the deliveries, also came off a bit too VG cutscene for me.
