Fire up the repulsors and step into the decadent, high-octane world of Tony Stark balancing palladium poisoning, Justin Hammer’s incompetence, and Ivan Vanko’s plasma whips. This sequel doubles down on pure charisma, introducing Natasha Romanoff in peak hallway-fight glory while Rhodey finally suits up in the War Machine armor. Kick back and relive every sarcastic quip, racing track ambush, and iconic back-to-back drone battle with us.

2026-09-09 03:00 I think you guys are being a little too narrow minded about what a superhero is supposed to be. It seems like you believe that every hero has to be a Spider-Man type personality; super humble, ready to sacrifice themselves, etc. The MCU doesn't really follow that same formulaic blue print with their characters, they have a lot of deeply flawed characters with traits that aren't super typical for your usual superhero, and Tony is definitely one of them. I also don't think your criticism of Iron Man in this movie wasn’t super fair, yes he was and still is willing to give his life to save people, but that doesn't mean that he is going to be happy to die. Finding out that you are slowly dying of blood poisoning is gonna scare the crap out of anyone, and with someone like Tony, who has a lot of demons, its only gonna send him into a spiral. I loved the reaction though and cannot wait to see you guys continue

Iron Paige is right, the actress who plays the reporter Christine Everhart is Leslie Bibb. Who has been life partners with Sam Rockwell since 2007. They are not married tho and no kids, and don’t plan on either.

Mistah47

They can only speak to how they feel in the moment and I’d rather they speak a negative truth than a positive lie. But you right, Tony is still developing as a character and never stops changing in any of the movies he appears in, just like us (humans) in real life.

I just came here to say that I am finding these watch-alongs DELIGHTFUL. I love seeing the MCU through your eyes, Paige and Jackie. I hope you do the entire MCU through to Doomsday. I think you would also love some of the streaming shows once you get that far. Love us ladies enjoying some superheroes!

I think it happened twice. They either rewinded it to catch something they missed or they paused it. I know the first time was when they looked up why Terrence Howard wasn’t back to play Rhodey.

Pepper saying that Christine Everhart "did a spread" on Tony the previous year took me ALL the way out :-). I remember laughing out loud in the theater the very first time I saw it and it still cracks me up to this day. Pepper never missed an opportunity to roast Christine for being one of Tony's conquests (that "take out the trash" comment in Iron Man was lethal).

I believe Tara missed the point that Tony was going to tell Pepper several times in the movie that he was dying. He made her an omelet and she hasn't having it. Then he was going to tell her again but fumbled the ball because of the strawberries and was asking her to a romantic weekend in Veince to decompress. She said no. To give a little context about Terrence Howard's recast. He got paid more money then RDJ because at the time Terrence had just come off the Academy Award nomination and RDJ was considered risking due to his past. Terrence then wanted more money than RDJ (Iron Man). I'm all for the actor being paid what they are worth, but they are not the lead they shouldn't be paid more than the lead. Just my opinion.
