Jason Voorhees hitches a ride on a high school graduation cruise, turning the slow voyage to New York into a floating bloodbath before finally setting foot on dry land. From iconic rooftop boxing decapitations to stalking survivors through foggy alleys and toxic waste sewers, it’s pure, delightfully unhinged late-'80s slasher excess.

Can’t wait to watch this one later tonight. One of the better movies of the franchise. Excited to laugh along with the ladies 😂

Such campy fun! One of the best F13 movies to come out. Unfortunately the last of the good ones, until FvJ comes along. The F13 Paramount years were the best in the franchise, in my opinion. The New Line movies come in next with perhaps the worst in the entire series. Jason Goes To Hell makes A New Beginning look like Citizen Kane. Lord help us, you have my sympathies on your next watch 😂

It sucks that this was the last real Friday the 13th movie until the remake. I like Jason X and Freddy vs Jason, but this is the last classic Friday the 13th. They could literally make a new one every year and I'll be there to watch it. No idea why. Same dude in the same hockey mask, killing the same teenagers, in the same camp, movie after movie, but I always like them (except for 5 and Hell, those movies don't exist in my world) and I always want another one lol.

It's definitely one of my favorites of the series. I just wish they had more funding to actually do a Jason in Manhattan movie. That would have been so awesome.

So that’s how Jackie’s room caught on fire. She got an oil lamp
