Did we just witness the greatest underdog triumph in cinematic history? Could anyone have predicted the sheer emotional gut-punch of that brutal final round against Apollo Creed, or the chills when that iconic training montage hits full stride? Did Rocky screaming for Adrian completely break us by the end?

The dog in this was Stallone's real dog. He rode out to LA from the East Coast when he decided to give his acting a real chance. He had to sell him just to buy food before this movie. He sold him for 40 bucks just so he could eat outside a 7-11. Once he sold the script and made money to make Rocky he bought him back for 15 grand and he's in this and Rocky 2. The arena that he fought Creed at was actually filmed at the Olympic Auditorium in La. Apollo's character was inspired by Muhammad Ali. Who was very charismatic, entertaining, showman type. They just took that to an eleven with the Apollo Character.

Is this in preparation for I Play Rocky? That will likely come to digital at the very end of December or sometime in January.

Mick told Rock to stay down to catch his breath and take advantage of the count it also checking and motivation to keep going stay down or get back up

Creed won cause Rocky took all those hits to the head. He was literally giving Creed free points regardless if he goes the distance not defending yourself by blocking or dodging hurts you more in both ways.

Hello! Regarding my question you answered about the Rocky/Adrian relationship. The divide I'm seen in opinions really focuses on the beginning parts, where he is very pushy and corners her in his apartment. Some people are much less forgiving than you, lol. For my opinion, I do feel that pushiness is sort of required for them to get together. Adrian is chronically shy and has lived in fear for so long that she doesn't take risks with people. And for Rocky, he has learned that he needs to work and scrape to get anything that he needs. Including Adrian. The only part I really don't like is how often he went to her work to talk to her. I have worked retail and customer service jobs for years and have often seen coworkers get harassed by customers and they feel like they are trapped and just have to deal with it.

"We don't condone the 'R' word.." Five minutes later, Rocky takes Adrian out and get her out of her shy bubble.. "It's okay, he's dumb, he's dim, so it's okay!" 🤔 how is that different from using the R word? Everyone seems to try to seem PC, while subtly letting their own C's be seen.
