I'm really looking forward to this one! I've been a huge fan of Witcher books since I first read them 15 years ago. "The Lesser Evil" short story, though not the first in the books, is a great summary of Geralt's (always hard G, no debate here ;)) character in my opinion – a man who doesn't want to take sides but still is forced to do so. The only thing I didn't like in the episode, in comparison to the short story, is lack of details on the "ultimatum" of Renfri and her people. She basically threatened to kill every person in the village if Stregobor doesn't leave his tower and face her. That's the reason for Geralt deciding to fight. I believe the series doesn't really focus on why he just doesn't leave the village. PS. Don't read YT comments. People are trying to be helpful but there are massive spoilers there :/

I've been meaning to rewatch the show before season 2 and I love all your reactions, but now I'm the happiest couch potato thanks to both psych and witcher reactions

So glad you’re finally watching that yummy hunk of man Henry C in this pretty amazing world! Also need help with Patreon - the pledge amount kicked me out of all tiers so need an assist please.
