The amount of times I've said "wtf " in this show is nuts. It just keeps creating more and more questions every week

Really wanted more kang references but the Alexander stuff was cool. I think the hippo is the goddess of rebirth could be wrong

I'm pretty sure it's Hathor, the goddess whose avatar we met in the last episode. Her animal connection according to mythology is actually cow, which kinda looks like a hippo. It would make sense that it's her saving Marc and Steven, since she seems to have been the closest friend to Khonshu.

Every time they say "Medjay" I think of 90's The Mummy lmao perfect reference 😂 I definitely feel the vibes of Uncharted, Tomb Raider, Jurassic Park (!!) etc in this episode. Honestly tho ugh I'm kind of confused at the ending

Wow what an episode it gets weirder and weirder each week I love it. This episode was crazy.

Right?? I love that feeling & love when the MCU can catch us off-guard. So excited for the last leg!

Haha same!! I hear it in Oded Fehr’s voice each time in my head 😂 loving the mishmash of inspirations. Definitely there, but not overbearing haha. Was VERY surprised to see where they chose to go at the end, but very excited to see how they address next episode. You’ll have to let us know how you like it!
