The Last Of Us Episode 5 WATCH ALONG!

That feeling when the uk doesn’t get this until Sunday so got to wait two days to watch this 😫😫😫

I don't care if I die on this hill but I think I they did a great job with Kathleen. They definitely fleshed her out enough for me to feel empathetic for her. I think this episode alone already set up the next season. (If you know, you know.) I completely agree they skipped on a lot and I was also expecting things/words to happen like the game but I was completely immersed in this episode. I want to believe that HBO/Warner Bros (idk who) gave them enough money to tell the story but not enough to flesh out the world. Kathleen's death was definitely a f**k you to her character. It almost felt like the director also didn't care about her but shouldn't you care about them? The only complaint I wish they fixed was to make these episodes LONGER! 🤣😭

Lamar Johnson and Keivonn Woodard did a PHENOMENAL job as Henry and Sam.

Well, this episode fucked me up. Again, I never played the game so I was not ready for any of this. The end just hit me so hard, I don't even really have the words right now other than I was absolutely terrified and I was a total emotional mess, so yea. I could barely get through the rewatch on this one. But I appreciated your reactions and commentary as always, your excitement was as charming as ever. You guys are awesome. Take care 🖤

this was by far my fav episode, the emotion, the small moments and that absolutely banana boats action scene. It had everything.

Aw! That's ridiculous! They should have released it the same time for all (I know they did it for the Super Bowl here, but you shouldn't have to wait)! 💜

I kind of enjoyed the character of Kathleen because to me she was the an embodiment of the 2nd games major critics. She essentially made every argument I’ve seen people try to make when attempting to irrationalize the themes and plot. It felt almost like a direct response and at the very least I appreciate them starting to ask these kinds of questions much earlier in the overall story
