It is time for the People to help Nestra pick her masked gleam name. You have until Mondayish when I write this part of the chapter. The People can offer suggestions in the comments which will count as poll options with the numbers of likes being the number of votes. Demon McDemonface will not be accepted.I promise to commit to the most popular option provided it's not rude/overly offensive.

None of these names really describes her or her abilities or personality. Changeling comes the closest, but that is just one aspect and almost a dead giveaway that she is something 'other'

Nezhra? Or However it's spelled. It is already kind of the name of her other life. I think it works to keep that consistent and could lead to situations to move the narrative forward by creating more opportunity for her two different lives to interact in ways that can give other people some clues

None of them really fit in my opinion. Something about hunting, stalking, or challenging would be better, though hiding the void part of her abilities from her name would be a good idea since there is only one of those known and she wouldn't want to implicate her sister with it would make sense. I am spectacularly bad at names, though, so I haven't got anything other than a direction to add. Maybe if something better comes up I'll change my vote from sparkle. Edit: Crescent huntress, maybe, given her combat style?

I agree that none of them really fit for Nestra, RIght now this seems to be a contest between gourmet and maw, and it just seems to be peopple voting for the least worst option. Also, voting in the comments on Patreon kinda sucks, because most people won't bother to look into them.

Kali after the Hindu goddess of Time, Change, Creation, Power, Destruction and Death. In her mythology Kali is portrayed as a nigh unstoppable force of destruction and change frequently called upon to battle impossibly dangerous foes. There's even implications of her being the second skin or the hidden reflection of other more powerful gods though this based on my very crude understanding of indian mythology so don't hang me if I'm wrong about that part please. She even has multiple myths where she is portrayed as consuming her foes sometimes on the battlefield even as part of process needed to actually defeat them for good.

Kali is my personal thought here. 1. It is a name closer to the region of Threshold is in. 2. Kali is "the dark mother" seth will find this hilarious. 3. Repeating my previous suggestion of Crescent Huntress, but also pointing out that putting up a poll as is isn't going to be fair to any write-ins since everyone just sees those options and runs with them rather than reading through many dozens of comments. Also, it is very obvious that you were hungry when you wrote that list of options, Mecanimus. I must insist that next time you put up a poll, do so after you have taken care of your stomach and it's rumbling case of the growlies.

Maw is too unrefined, Gourmet is accurate but I'm not sure it flows well. I'd personally switch daffodil with dandelion. Changeling is a bit too close to home. Crescent is a pretty good idea.

Dorian, as in Dorian Gray. Allusion to gray. Allusion to dealing with devils/demons. Dorian has two selves, the painting and the man. While Dorian Gray's indulgences are more varied, obsession with food is not out of line. It also sets the stage nicely for moral conflict between the demon self and the human mask.
