Werewolf Patty? (Patreon)

Soooooooooooo, this was a weird development! While developing Patty, I was writing that she gets "Full Moon Fever" and has trouble resisting her horniness and overbearing hunger. Now, if she goes too long without being satisfied, she just completely turns. I feel bad for any men and/or food she meets while like this.
