Plumeria's Pleasure (Patreon)

A commission for a soft shaded commission for ReptileEdge on Twitter. They wanted a super bloated Plumeria from Pokemon. Funny enough, this character always perplexed me, from her weird hairstyle and colors, to her skin's tan, to her intimidating look but protective nature. Plumeria definitely is a character based on don't judge a book by it's cover.
