CLX Sketches: Fur Angel - A Tribute to Jake Jacobs and David Vance (Patreon)

It is my pleasure to announce the start of a new collaboration series, between myself and the fabulous artist CLX.

CLX's fantastic approach to drawing the male figure has long been a favourite of mine (you might recognise his style from my Streets of Rage piece 'Passion Off The Streets' and my series Dive In and Once Upon a Gaily Time which he contributed some amazing artwork towards). Such is his talent that I have been longing to work further with him and we have decided to start a new monthly series in which we will be creating new art together, covering a range of stunning men and couples. <3

In this first piece, Fur Angel, we have created a tribute to one of the gorgeous Jake Jacob's most iconic photos, of his younger self in an angelic picture by photographer David Vance. Taking the picture as inspiration, we have immortalised Jake's more mature physique in this artwork, showing off all his beautiful fur and manly essence, crafting a piece that is the perfect start to this new series.
