Primal Passions - artwork for Cover 'A' from Beneath a Lustrous Moon Issue 2: Primal Passions (Patreon)

Beneath the clear starry sky....Under the moon's radiant glow...Directly into your eyes.....I see a world beyond all I know and fall into it without hesitation or restraint.

The artwork for Cover 'A', Primal Passions, from Beneath a Lustrous Moon Issue 2, which shares the same name as this piece. I was inspired by classic romance novel covers for this particular artwork, with the desire to capture that wonderful stirring of passionate longing that those covers famed for. The pose of the lovers, lingering glazes on each other, vibrant colours and detail in the landscape around them...all feeds into the vibrant scene I was aiming to create and in which I believe we succeeded.

Another fun fact is that the couple in this cover are Terry and Glyn, my OCs from my comic Wolfbred from issue 1. I am looking to include more about these boys in future comics and art...;)
