Update on tales and writings #6 (Patreon)

2020 has come about and we have already left January and February and March is now upon us. As the first two months of the year have gone by I've found myself incredibly busy with a whole host of writing projects and stories that I am currently invested in doing. So many stories are currently being edited or in first draft at the moment...if this was all being done on pen and paper I would have an office overflowing with stacks of papers and manuscripts.

I feel a bit of clarity is in order to let you all know where I am at the moment with my writing and what I have planned coming up for the rest of the year. So without further ado...here's some quick updates for you:

Changes to Patreon Tiers

I've decided to make my tiers more personal to reflect what content I'm bringing to Patreon so I am renaming the tiers to the following:

- The $1 Silver Tier will become the Story Lover Tier

- The $3 Gold Tier will become the Art Admirer Tier

- The $5 Rainbow Tier will become the Homoerotic Scholar Tier

- The $10 Celestial Tier will become the NSFW Bibliomaniac Tier

My Patreon tiers are also sadly lacking in detail at the moment with what content I am offering for each reward, something I am keen to change. Going forward as I publish a new story or the start of a new series I will add it into the description of the tier(s) that it will be available on. I will also be organising the artwork I've commissioned from other creators to be relevant for the tiers they will be a part of.

Planned additions to Tiers:-

Dive In - a series of short stories on the sexual escapades of a group of UK Athletic Divers as they train for the 2020 Olympics. These stories will be available for $1 Story Lover tier and above.

Peter and his Daddies - a limited series showing Peter Parker (Spiderman) discovering and exploring his sexuality through his encounters with the mature men of Marvel, including some well known Avengers and beyond. These stories will be available for $3 Art Admirer Tier and above.

Queerly Twisted Tales - Standalone stories of myth and legend with some mild horror or thrilling elements; involving a variety of supernatural themes and fantasy creatures. These stories will be mostly made available for free through downloadable links and will be also available for the $1 Story Lover Tier and above.

Passion off the Streets (a Streets of Rage fan work) - Exploring the untold relationship between the lead characters of Sega's Streets of Rage videogame series, Adam and Axel. This is a pet project of mine and one I hope to start publishing before the fourth game is released later this year. It will be available for the $5 Homoerotic Scholar Tier and above.

Standalone stories - There are a number of individual stories I am writing at the moment that aren't part of a series, ideas and thoughts I want to bring to life. Some of them will be fan works of famous fictional ships or couples (I have a Nivanfield piece I am sketching out in rough draft at the moment) and others will be unique creations featuring my own original characters. As these will be a mixture of stories of varying lengths each one will be in different tiers, so some will be for $1 Story Lover tier and above, some for $3 Art Admirer Tier, etc.

Artwork - February saw a lot of new art coming to my Patreon, including the first in my 'Of the Sublime Host' angelic series. These angels will feature some very familiar faces. In general sketches and some character art will be for $1 Story Lovers; standalone pieces and OC art will be for $3 Art Admirers; and NSFW sex scenes will be for the $5 Homoerotic Scholar tier.

Mythic May

Mythic May will be returning in May! The last couple of years of the event that I've done on Instagram and Facebook have been fantastic and I'm looking forward to bringing it back for 2020. I will also be running my Mythic May arts contest once again, due to how popular it was last year. More details will be coming at the end of March/beginning of April so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Dive In Short Story collection

Something I have been keenly aware is that a lot of my followers would like to read my stories but they don't want to necessarily sign up for a monthly subscription on Patreon. something I do quite understand. In order to reach out to those followers I am planning to eventually publish some of my works as collections or standalone pieces through sites like Etsy, where you will be able to purchase my stories as e-books. I am looking to make my Dive In short stories the first collection I will publish in this manner, hopefully in time before the Olympics. More news on that coming soon.
