Magnus Reviews...Helping a Buddy Out by KappaX (Patreon)

Ah Tadashi. He really has become quite a crush for many Disney fanboys. While many of the Disney princes we grew up with remain our firm favourites there is something about Tadashi that just hits all the right buttons. Cute, reliable, clever and with a sense of humour, the approachable older brother of the Hamada siblings is the perfect boyfriend material. If only he had survived in Big Hero Six (sorry for the spoiler!) I think he would have grown to become an even bigger crush for many fans then he is now.Of all the ships involving Tadashi the one with Wasabi makes the most sense; as close friends and who spent a lot of time in the lab together some sparks are bound to fly. Kappax seems to be in agreement with me on that point, considering how his comic 'Helping a Buddy Out' celebrates such a pairing. Within this spicy comic after a jog Tadashi comes across Wasabi focusing on a little 'stress relief' to deal with all the work and projects he is doing. Intrigued by the enticing sight he has witnessed, of Wasabi in all his gorgeous, nude glory, Tadashi decides to offer his good friend a helping hand to relax...in a manner that they will both relish.Kappax's use of bold, strong colours among softer backgrounds, reinforced with equally strong line-work combines together to see the focus of each panel almost jump off the page. This is particularly true during the heights of the sex scenes, when the attention is (quite rightly) on the two leads themselves.It is rare to see a true versatile pairing and especially one where both participants are enjoy giving and taking in equal measures. My only criticism would be I would have loved to have seen Wasabi banged in a few more positions, to give him a proper rutting. Tadashi though really did give it to him in a good doggy style so this is a minor point in comparison to the rest of the fantastic sex scenes and the generous climaxes both men experience.It's great to see a coupling where the guys are friends as well as sexually active with each other. The scene where they have a sit down and coffee together after sex is a nice touch and goes on to add a personal element to the comic's naughty escapades.Reading through the comic I couldn't help but feel a brief bittersweet emotion, thinking back to my surprise of Tadashi's loss during Big Hero Six. Perhaps one day we will see more of him in canon although how that would be I am not sure. To be honest I won't put it past Disney doing some sort of resurrection plot at some point if they ever did a sequel to Big Hero Six (yes, there was the tv series but they only had flashbacks/VR representations of him). If they did that...then the gay art community might just explode in joy over such a return.Passing thoughts: 

Tadashi might be the fan favourite but Wasabi isn't any lesser of a stunner. His physique is stunning and Kappa clearly gave quite a bit of attention to it.

Orange short shorts suit Tadashi well...I'd love to see him in more such attire.

I wonder how any of the other members of the big hero six team would have reacted to find Wasabi in that state? The girls likely would have been super embarrassed and . Fred however...I get the feeling he might have joined in.

The reveal of donimax, Baymax's more sexually attentive cousin, at the end of the comic feels like it could be taken as a potential jumping off point for a sequel. Tadashi and Wasabi after all look like they both need a lot of
