Patreon plans into next year, updates, and musing on art (Please read~!) (Patreon)

I've been studying art A LOT lately, and I've learned equally lots, but.. I've run into a problem (or maybe just the start of something new and exciting). As you guys know, it takes me quite a long time to do comics. The better I get, the faster I get at some parts of the process, but the slower I get at others as I'm working on newer, more difficult things.

So it's kind of a paradox.. the better I get, the faster AND slower I get at art. I'm faster at the things I've always been practicing, but slower at the things taking my art to the next level, which I do think is worth it, but it's coming with an uncomfortable conundrum:

I'm not able to "pump out" art to the level that I want to. And with the way things are these days, that's kind of a death sentence for creatives. I also just want to make sure you give you guys your money's worth for supporting me, so it's doubly important that I find a way!

Good news is, I do have a plan for how to bridge the two states without compromising on quality or ignoring the things that take me more time but I feel make my art better (the states being: on the one hand, spending too much time exclusively on comic stuff which neglects the rest of my art, or on the other, taking an eternity to get out the comics, but doing other art in their place).

So here's what I'm thinking:

Stage 1: from now until I run out of them; finish the best of my older unfinished sketches.

For the time being, probably until the end of the year ish or maybe into the first months of 2027, I actually do have quite a pile of good sketches, either done for KWP pics, or other work from the past that got set aside for other projects, so they'll be the priority for now. I'll be finishing the ones already good enough for color or rework ones that need it with my current skills.

Stage 2: once I run out of really good older sketches to finish (or modify with my current skills and finish), I'll start posting sketches more regularly and add in a new voting mechanism to choose which sketch to finish.

Choosing on my own which drawing to spend lots of time on only to have it flop isn't great, so having a way to sorta pre-determine which sketch you all wanna see finished rather than guessing will save me lots of stress and hopefully get you guys more of what you wanna see!

All that said, if you follow me on Twitter, you'll already have seen me say this: I know times are tough right now, and I'm "just a porn artist" in the grand scheme of things, but I really do appreciate all of you who've stuck around to support me - especially the ones who've been here for a long time. I want to make your days a little more fun, brighter, a lottt hornier of course~, and maybe even make you laugh. I LOVE what I do, love NSFW art in general, and wouldn't want to be doing anything else with the majority of my time, so thank you all for making it possible for me to do it.

TLDR (seriously please read it all though!!):

There will be more art, but nothing is immediately changing this year structure-wise for my Patreon or its tiers.

Phase 1 of the new plan will be finishing that stack of older banger sketches and phase 2 will begin directly after I run out of them, and will include a new sketch vote so that you guys can help guide the direction of my work a bit more.
