Sceptile will forever be my favourite.

Me

Gotta rep Typhlosion as well. My most nostalgic Pokemon memories are of Gold and her, rest in peace.

Silverswift

Hell yeah he is the best starter Matty

Bellwether INC.

Despite being a huge Emerald nerd, gotta say Typhlosion is the best of the best! 💪

mattyburrito

solely because it can learn Thunderpunch for no reason lol

Silverswift

YES BROTHER he can cover his own weakness which is epic as the kids say

Penguinos

I would like to mention that the Heart Gold game came prepackaged with a 'take your pokemon on the go pokeball'. Which I put cyndaquil into. And promptly shoved it into the washing machine... So I played through the entire game with a geodude as my starter. Keep in mind that the rival had a water type starter... Some of my favorite gaming memories... sigh.

Cody

Tyhphlosion #1

Me

That sucks....... Buuut, there WAS a failsafe in the game that would return your pokemon you you if you lost the pokeball or the battery died so that you wouldn't lose your favorite 'mon and your toy at the same time. You could probably get your Cyndaquil back today if you still have the cartridge.

Zachary Worth

Hell yeah, Gen 2 Typhlosion was the GOAT! Flamethrower, Thunder Punch, Earthquake and Protect, he just kills everything. He's still mah boi after all these years.

Patrick Ruff

God teir starter, best starter, from the best generation
