Been having a rough time of things lately, about a week ago I had another big relapse with my depression problems, lots of strong negative feelings came flooding back to me and I lost all motivation to do anything.

Since then I've been trying my best to be proactive, even joined a gym and started leaving the house regularly which yes, was something I never really did before. Just a lot of change on my part, unremarkable for most people but a big change in direction for someone like me, so 3D stuff has kinda fallen by the wayside. I'm also dealing with some emotional problems right now so all in all I've really just not wanted to do blender stuff at all.

That being said I have an animation in the works but it might not see the light of day for quite a while, I can't post WIPs because it's not my model and I feel bad for profiting off of someone else's work like that. Just giving everyone a quick rundown of why I've been in absentia lately

Ya, those damn depressions. You will never get rid of them. But it's important to know that you don't see things in the right light during an active phase. You only think you do. So if you want an advise from someone who's fighting this crap for 20 years by now: 1. Find someone to talk, a psychologist would be the best option. If talking alone doesn't help add a treatment with antidepressants. They're tricky to handle, but if you find one that fits for you, it will help lighting up the path out of the darkness. And last but not least: Find out what exactly causes depressions to you, so you're maybe able to avoid or remove that things . It's hard, I know this. Depressions are retarded, but seriously, you don't want to let them win, right? You're the boss. Not them. Good luck.
